Counterfeits of three health supplements illegally sold online: Eu Yan Sang

SINGAPORE - Consumers should buy Eu Yan Sang products from its official channels, the company said on Aug 4, after fake products under its brand have been found circulating online. The affected products are Vitality Plus, Prostate Guard and Spot Whitening capsules. The company, which specialises in traditional Chinese medicine products, said that it has received five reports from customers across different retail locations, involving purchases and online advertisements which misuse Eu Yan Sang's branding. Eu Yan Sang said it has filed a police report and alerted the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). The company added it is also working with TikTok and Meta Singapore to remove fake listings and content. Consumers should not to consume any questionable products if in doubt , and verify their authenticity at any Eu Yan Sang store. They can also contact the company at 1800-888-1879 , or via info@ . Eu Yan Sang also said that customers should buy its products from official channels such as : Eu Yan Sang retail stores Eu Yan Sang's Official Website, Official flagship stores on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop Authorised resellers such as major supermarkets and pharmacies The Straits Times has contacted the police and the HSA for further comment.
