Everyone's talking about celery juice. But does the vegetable drink beloved by celebs live up to the hype?
The sharp-tasting liquid has gained traction in recent weeks due to Amanda Seyfried's recent Vogue Beauty Secrets video. But is there any benefit in drinking your celery rather than eating it? Celery, as famously taught by 1990s diet culture, was once said to be a 'negative calorie' food that expends more energy, and thus calories, to eat than the vegetable contains. That has since been clarified as a myth, but that hasn't stopped celebrities, models, and health-conscious millennials from touting the liquified version as an elixir of liver health, cardiovascular health, clear skin, migraine relief, weight loss and inflammation reduction.

Content creator goes viral for unique 'get ready with me' video on Delhi Metro
Delhi-based content creator Seikhohao Haokip, known as @ has become an internet sensation by filming his morning beauty routine on the Delhi Metro's Yellow Line. The viral video, showcasing his effortless application of blush, lip balm, and hair gel, has garnered millions of views and transformed him into a beloved on-the-go beauty guru. What happens when you swap your bathroom mirror for a metro window and your vanity for a commuter's seat? You might just become the internet's newest beauty icon. That's exactly what happened to Delhi-based content creator Seikhohao Haokip, better known online as @ - who turned heads (and algorithms) by filming his morning glow-up on a moving Yellow Line train of the Delhi Metro. The now-viral video shows Ryan casually applying blush, lip balm, and hair gel in a "Get Ready With Me" (GRWM) moment that looks more like a Vogue Beauty Secrets episode than a routine subway ride. With over 2.6 million views, 83,000+ likes, and 1,400+ comments, the clip has launched Ryan from regular office-goer to internet's favourite on-the-go beauty guru. In the video, Ryan starts with a dewy blush dabbed across his cheeks and nose, followed by a slick of tinted lip balm and a quick style-up with lightweight hair gel. After a swift 'fit check, the scene cuts to him riding an auto rickshaw on his way to work. It's minimal, effective, and quietly confident, exactly the kind of content Gen Z and millennials are loving. And love it they did. The comments section is a goldmine of fan reactions, from 'Bro's skin is literally glowing' to 'Corporate skincare king!' Beauty influencers like Sahira Taneja and Diipa Büller-Khosla chimed in with heart emojis and fire reactions. But it's the background character, a man watching with fascination that became an unexpected star. Comments like 'The dude in pink wants in on the glow' and 'He's falling for you, bro' flooded the feed. In a world where skincare is now mainstream and self-care isn't gendered, Ryan's impromptu GRWM stands as a sweet, slightly cheeky reminder: glow wherever you are, even if it's on public transport. We loved Ryan's video, tell us how did you like it in the comment section below. One step to a healthier you—join Times Health+ Yoga and feel the change

Best-selling $12 beauty buy Bella Hadid can't live without: The secret to her supermodel glow
Bella Hadid's skin looks like it drinks green juice, sleeps 10 hours a night and meditates daily. But according to the model, her glow actually comes from something a little more low-key and way more affordable. Weleda Skin Food, the iconic moisturiser tucked into beauty kits for over a century, just got the ultimate stamp of approval from the fashion world's favourite face. Currently on sale for just $14.99 (down from $17.95) on Amazon Australia, this cult classic is having a serious moment, again. In her latest Vogue Beauty Secrets video, Bella shared that she goes through eight tubes a month. Not one. Not two. Eight. 'I buy them from CVS. I'm obsessed with them,' she said, waving around the unmistakable green tube. 'I have the little version. The big versions.' Her obsession makes sense. Packed with calming chamomile, nourishing sunflower and sweet almond oils, plus skin-soothing rosemary and pansy extract, Weleda Skin Food is designed to tackle seriously dry or dull skin and leave it bouncy, glowy and soft. Bella also revealed that she uses it as a primer. 'I like to say this is really the best primer for me,' she said, crediting the formula for helping her achieve that signature dew. Beauty lovers have been raving about Skin Food for years. It's rich, thick and deeply hydrating, yet absorbs surprisingly well. Whether you're slathering it on your face, smoothing it over elbows and knees or dabbing it on dry cuticles, it just works. And clearly, the numbers back it up: Beyond that, the product is ideal for: Intensively moisturising very dry skin Smoothing rough patches Calming irritation Acting as a base for makeup Keeping skin soft and glowing year-round With a price tag this good and the Bella Hadid seal of approval, it's no wonder it's flying off shelves. Whether you're restocking or trying it for the first time, now's the perfect time to snag a tube, or eight.

A Stranger In A Hair Salon Diagnosed Emma Chamberlain With PCOS After Noticing This Specific Thing About Her Appearance — Here's How It Wound Up Changing Her Life
It's not often you go to the salon for a beauty treatment and leave with a health diagnosis from a stranger; however, Emma Chamberlain found herself in that exact scenario. In a new video as part of Vogue's Beauty Secrets series, 23-year-old Emma talked about the changes she's seen in her health since she was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) at her hair salon, of all places. 'I got diagnosed with PCOS at the hair salon. I was sitting in the chair getting my hair washed, and a woman was next to me and she turned to me and she said, 'Do you have PCOS?'' Emma recalled, telling the story while applying her skincare. As you may know, PCOS is a hormonal disorder that impacts how the ovaries work. It's way more common than you might think, and symptoms can include ovarian cysts, irregular menstrual periods, and excess hair growth on the face and body. However, the condition can impact people very differently. Caught off guard by the random question, Emma told the stranger that she didn't know if she had PCOS, but that there was a history of hormonal conditions in her family. 'I was like, 'I don't know. My mom has PCOS. She has PCOS and endometriosis, and she's had a lot of challenges,'' Emma said, to which the woman replied: 'I think you have PCOS.' 'I was like, what's happening?!' Emma recalled. So, as it turns out, the stranger in the salon was a qualified OBGYN and could 'tell by the acne' on Emma's cheeks that she was experiencing some kind of hormonal imbalance. 'She diagnosed me with PCOS. It's really changed my life, to be honest,' she explained. According to Healthline, up to 70 percent of women with PCOS haven't been formally diagnosed, meaning they probably aren't getting the treatment they might need. Discussing her experience, Emma explained how her life has improved now that she's got a handle on her hormones. 'My periods are so much more chill, my skin is so much more predictable,' she said. 'My hair is getting thicker. It's just feeling like I'm coming back to myself in a way.' Emma first talked about her PCOS diagnosis during a March 2024 episode of her Anything Goes podcast, in which she shared insight into her symptoms. 'I found out it's the reason that for many years I've had irregular periods, cystic acne, anxiety, depression, and a slew of other issues,' she told listeners at the time. 'It's common. I know a lot of girls with PCOS, and I think I have a milder version of it. I don't have the cysts, I don't have all of the symptoms of PCOS, but alas, I have it.' Well, it sounds like things have definitely improved for Emma in the past year, and it's all thanks to a stranger in a hair salon. You can watch her full Vogue Beauty Secrets video here.
