Pamela Anderson Steps Out in Showgirl-Worthy Style at the Met Gala 2025
Pamela Anderson has had quite a year. First, the 57-year-old star's career-defining turn as veteran Las Vegas dancer Shelly in Gia Coppola's The Last Showgirl got rave reviews and earned her a Golden Globe nomination; now, with the chaos of awards season behind her, Anderson is ready to celebrate the first Monday in May with her oldest son Brandon Thomas Lee by her side. Anderson hit the red carpet at the 2025 Met Gala with Lee, a producer and actor known for his roles in TV shows and movies including Cosmic Sin and Sierra Burgess is a Loser. (Anderson's younger son, Dylan Jagger Lee, is also a model and musician.) Anderson wore an ice-blue silk mesh Tory Burch gown embroidered with twisted silver sequins and a mix of scattered crystals, and in a nod to the night's Tailored for You dress code, the dress's silhouette was tailored from the inside out using traditional menswear techniques. Lee wore a custom tuxedo by Genuardi. Anderson and Lee's professional collaboration didn't begin and end with the Met Gala, of course; Lee was credited as an executive producer on The Last Showgirl , telling Variety in December 2024 of his involvement with the film: 'My personal mission was to give my mom the opportunities she gave me as a child. She would do anything for me. She showed up and was a very good mother.' Hopefully, we'll have many more projects (not to mention red-carpet looks) coming our way from Pamela Anderson & Sons in the future. Article originally published on Vogue US

Diana Ross's 2025 Met Gala Gown Features an 18-Foot Train Embroidered With Family Names
It's been 22 years since Diana Ross has graced the Met Gala with her iconic presence, but tonight, at the 2025 Met Gala celebrating Black dandyism, the legendary singer made her grand return—in epic style, no less. Ross shut down the red carpet this evening with a look that was equal parts glamorous and personal: Her sweeping white gown, punctuated with crystal and beads, featured an 18-foot train embroidered with the names of her children and grandchildren. Ross's commanding design for the evening was brought to life from a close collaboration between Ross, her son Evan Ross, and the Nigerian designer Ugo Mozie. Together, they wanted to spotlight a tailored design that celebrated her own family legacy—by spanning the generations of the Ross name, and doing so through refined style. The embroidered names include her own children's—Rhonda, Tracee, Chudney, Ross, and Evan—and her eight grandchildren, Raif, Callaway, Everlee, Leif, Indigo, Jagger, Bronx, and Ziggy. This evening marks Ross's fifth time attending the Met Gala. She first attended back in 1978 alongside legendary designer Halston. Since then, the singer has continued to bring her signature glitz to the Met steps, most notably in 2003 when she wore a flowy red Gucci gown. Her thoughtful design this evening, however, proved to be one of her most glamorous—not to mention incredibly sweet and memorable. Article originally published on Vogue US

The Very Best Social Media Reactions to the 2025 Met Gala
Everyone has their own traditions surrounding the Met Gala, whether it's getting dressed to the nines and hitting the red carpet or watching the livestream from the comfort of your couch. Personally, I like to settle in with a Celsius and two Reese's Cups after the night's work is over and enjoy the real artistry of the night: the many, many takes about everyone's outfits that can always be counted on to roll in from all corners of social media. The 2025 Met Gala was no exception, of course; the storied event celebrating 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style"—this spring's Costume Institute exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art—brought out an impressive mix of artists, actors, musicians, designers, and other New York movers and shakers; and their interpretations of the Tailored for You dress code provided plenty of fodder for online reactions. Gigi Hadid Goes Full Pinup For the 2025 Met Gala
Skip to main content Though Hadid has been the president of Team Bob for more than a year, the Met Gala is all about magic—and maybe a few extensions May 6, 2025 Photo: Steve Eichner (Getty Images) V for Victory! That's what Gigi Hadid's hairstyle for the 2025 Met Gala is giving—and we're all cheering along. Though Hadid has been the president of Team Bob for more than a year, the Met Gala is all about magic—and maybe a few extensions. The model's short bob was transformed into long, collarbone-skimming lengths by Dimitris Giannetos in a style similar to Anna Sui's Fall/Winter 2025 glam. The Victory Roll hairstylist is named after fighter pilots from the 1940's (and the spins they would do after a victorious tactical maneuver in World War II). Hadid is also a vision in gold. Wearing custom Miu Miu and styled by Gab Karefa-Johnson, the gold sequined dress is part Rita Hayworth, part Veronica Lake. Article originally published on Vogue US

At the Met Gala 2025, Bad Bunny Wears Prada a lo Criollo
While the Puerto Rican superstar was a co-host at last year's Met Gala, this year, he gets to just enjoy himself. 'It's nice because you don't have to be the first to arrive,' he says. 'Last year I greeted literally everybody but I still had fun you know, because I got to see what everybody was wearing and I got to critique all the looks.' Although he's been to the event many times before, he's open to seeing where the night takes him. 'I always enjoy myself. One year I saw Pedro Pascal, it was the first time we met, but if he's there tonight then that's going to be super cool. Last year Rosalía was at my table and it was nice…So it really depends.' Perfume is a recurring theme in Bad Bunny songs—there's a song literally called 'PERFuMITO NUEVO' on the record, and on another track he sings that he smells good. So I have to ask, what scent will he be wearing tonight? 'I love perfumes that have unusual scents. Sometimes people have told me they don't like how I smell because they're so uncommon. But I love them. I brought five bottles of different scents on this trip to New York,' he said, adding: 'My favourite way to create memories is through songs and through scent, so I love to wear a perfume when I go on a trip, and then I put it away so that later, I can grab the bottle and go on a trip.' But what perfume will he actually wear tonight? 'I don't know what I'm going to wear, but now that you're putting pressure on me I kind of want to go out and pick a new one up just to wear at the Met.' If anyone catches a whiff of Bad Bunny tonight, please report back. Article originally published on Vogue US
