WAJA wins SAR 7.6M project with Makkah Municipality
Logo of WAJA Co. WAJA Co. was awarded, on April 7, a project to supply and install office furniture (security phase) by Makkah Municipality. In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the total contract value stands at SAR 7.58 million, including VAT. No related parties are included in the deal, WAJA said.

WAJA board approves transition to TASI
WAJA Co. 's board of directors approved today, Feb. 16, the company's transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul. The board has also appointed Value Capital to manage the company's transition file, the statement added. The company's transition to TASI is subject to the approval of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and the fulfillment of all the listing requirements, WAJA said, noting that it will provide relevant updates in due course. The company started trading shares on Nomu in March 2023. The current capital stands at SAR 35 million, with a nominal value of SAR 0.50 per share, as data compiled with Argaam showed.
