WWE SuperSlam 2025 Night 2: List of winners, top performers and surprises
The WWE SuperSlam 2025 for the first time in history was a two-day event. It was held at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Night 2 saw many celebrities attend the event along with 60,561 spectators inside the arena. Like Night 1, Night 2 had six matches with fans cheering on for their favourite performers. The 38th SummerSlam has been chaotic, fun and filled with surprises. The first match of the second night was a triple-threat with Naomi vs. IYO SKY vs. Rhea Ripley. Naomi wanted the other two to fight it out among themselves at first before she came in. However, Ripley and Sky made an unspoken alliance to take on their opponent first. Noami stunned both Mami and Ripley. Though it seemed like things were making a turn, Naomi stackd Ripley for a pin to take the tag team match was filled with chaos. Wyatt Sicks, the reigning tag team champions faced 5 other tag teams. #DIY, Street Profits, Fraxiom, Motor City Machine Guns, and the duo of Andrade & Rey Fenix. The match began with all teams attacking the Wyatt Sicks' Dexter Lumis & Joe Gacy. After a long fight, Wyatt 6 won by retrieving the title belts and retaining their WWE Tag Team third match of the night saw Becky Lynch take on Lyra Valkyria for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship title. It was a power-packed show from both the women and Bayley made a surprise entry. Though she wanted to help Valkyria win against Lynch, Bayley ended up becoming the reason for Lynch retaining the title, when a punch directed at Lynch ended up knocking Valkyria is full of surprises and there was a big one at the very end of the night. The crowd cheered for John Cena even though he lost but Brock Lesnar showed up out of no where. His return has been discussed since last year, and with comeback to confront Cena, it seems like an old rivalry is getting new flames before it comes to an end.
