On this occasion, Mr. Khalid Al Bayat, Chief Growth Officer at the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), stated: 'We take pride in supporting national enterprises that invest in the professional growth of their Bahraini workforce and this support boosts the industrial sector, which is the second-largest contributor to the Kingdom's GDP – accounting for 16% in the third quarter of last year – and holdings significant potential for expansion and the creation of high-quality employment opportunities for local talent.'
