Leanne OTT Release Date: When and where to watch the new comedy series by the ‘Grandmama from Tennessee'
Leanne OTT Release Date: Leanne Morgan, the Southern comedian who stole hearts with her relatable wit and 'mama knows best' charm in her Netflix stand-up I'm Every Woman, is now leading her very own sitcom, Leanne. And yes, it's as Southern, sassy, and sweet as a pecan pie with a punch. Leanne premieres July 31 on Netflix. All 16 episodes of this new comedy series will be available to stream from day one. Here's everything you need to know before it drops. What is Leanne about? At the heart of the show is Leanne, played by Morgan herself, a Southern grandmother whose life takes a sharp left turn when her husband of 33 years walks out on her for another woman. Sounds painful, right? But Leanne turns it into comedy gold. Think less sobbing, more laughter through tears, with a lot of casseroles and unsolicited family advice in between. The character of Leanne leans on her chaotic but loving family as she tries to figure out what's next. Retirement? Dating? Starting over? And she's doing it all with the sass and strength of a woman who's raised kids, made Jell-O salad for every church potluck, and isn't about to let life get the last laugh. Who's in the cast? The cast lineup is as solid as Grandma's meatloaf. Leanne Morgan as Leanne – our leading lady, navigating life post-divorce with humour and heart. Kristen Johnston (Mom, 3rd Rock from the Sun) as Carol, Leanne's loud and wild sister who's more dive bar than Bible study and her fiercest supporter. Graham Rogers (Ray Donovan, The Kominsky Method) as Tyler, Leanne's golden-boy son, juggling fatherhood, a dominant wife, and his mom's drama. Hannah Pilkes as Josie, Leanne's unpredictable daughter who's forever the rebellious middle finger to her brother's golden halo. Ryan Stiles (Whose Line Is It Anyway?) as Bill, Leanne's ex-husband, who traded RV sales and family life for… well, a midlife crisis. Celia Weston as Mama Margaret, the church-going matriarch who somehow always has a casserole and a scripture ready. Blake Clark as Daddy John, the old-school, straight-talking patriarch who may be outdated but means well. Who's behind the scenes? Leanne is co-created by Chuck Lorre (The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men, The Kominsky Method) and Susan McMartin (Mom), who know a thing or two about heartfelt family sitcoms with bite. Morgan also serves as co-creator and executive producer, making sure her voice rings true in every scene. The show is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. And if that doesn't scream 'quality sitcom,' nothing does.

‘Found' Canceled By NBC After 2 Seasons
EXCLUSIVE: Found will not be getting a third season at NBC. The series, starring Shanola Hampton, may be shopped by its lead studio Warner Bros. Television. The news comes ahead of the Season 2 finale, which has been teased as a showdown of sorts between Gabi (Hampton) and Sir's sister Lena (Danielle Savre). The episode, which will now serve as a series finale, airs on May 15. More from Deadline 'Suits LA' Canceled By NBC After One Season 'The Irrational' Canceled By NBC After 2 Seasons 'Lopez Vs. Lopez' Canceled After 3 Seasons At NBC Found was canceled today alongside fellow NBC sophomore drama The Irrational. Coming from different studios, Found from Warner Bros. TV and The Irrational from Universal Television, the two series had similar runs. Held as strike contingency, both shows launched in fall 2023 amid a dearth of scripted originals on the broadcast networks. Taking advantage of the lesser competition and potent lead-ins, The Voice (Monday) for The Irrational and The Voice (Tuesday) for Found, the dramas started off well on NBC and Peacock. Found became NBC's top launch on the streamer until then, with its premiere episodes drawing 10.5M viewers across platforms in the first week. By late November, both dramas had been renewed for a second season. On a stacked 2024-25 broadcast schedule, Found – like The Irrational – has been registering steep year-to-year ratings declines, which factored in the cancellation decision. Found also faced a new story paradigm in Season 2 as one of the key elements of its premise changed with Sir (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) escaping from Gabi's (Hampton) basement in the Season 1 finale. Ultimately, Found became a casualty of NBC's cutback on entertainment programming to accomodate the 180 primetime hours of basketball next season under NBCUniversal's $2.5B a year deal with the NBA, which also claimed dramas The Irrational, Suits LA and comedies Night Court and Lopez vs Lopez — all canceled today. Found follows public relations specialist Gabi Mosely (Hampton), who was once herself one of the more than 300,000 missing people of color in the U.S., and her crisis management team who now make sure there is always someone looking out for the forgotten missing people. Gosselaar, Kelli Williams, Brett Dalton, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta and Karan Oberoi also starred. The series came from creator/showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll, who exec produced alongside Sonay Hoffman, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Leigh London Redman and Lindsay Dunn. Berlanti Productions and Rock My Soul Productions produced in association with Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television. 'It' Prequel Series 'Welcome to Derry' Unveils Trailer
Yara Sameh Pennywise the Clown is back, but this time he's haunting the small TV screen. HBO Max has finally released the first trailer for the upcoming 'It' prequel series, 'Welcome to Derry', slated to debut this fall. 'Welcome to Derry' is set 27 years before the events of the two 'It' movies, which were adapted from Stephen King's iconic horror novel by director Andy Muschietti. It will begin in the 1960s, in the time leading up to the events of 2017's 'It: Part One'. As the story goes, the murderous entity It feeds on children before hibernating for 27 years, so the show follows It's previous killing spree before the events of the 'It' films. Bill Skarsgard is back as Pennywise, and the 'Welcome to Derry' cast also includes Taylour Paige, Jovan Adepo, Chris Chalk, James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, and Rudy Mancuso. 'This is a book we love a lot, and we felt that there was still a lot of story to be covered,' Andy Muschietti and his sister and producing partner Barbara Muschietti told Entertainment Weekly. 'It's so rich with characters and events, we thought we would do justice to the book and the fans by going back into this world. Specifically, we are telling the stories of the interludes, writings by Mike Hanlon based on his investigation that includes interviews he conducts with the older people in the town. In Welcome to Derry, we touch on the usual themes that were talked about in the movie — friendship, loss, the power of unified belief — but this story focuses also on the use of fear as a weapon, which is one of the things that is also relevant to our times.' 'Welcome to Derry' is produced by HBO and Warner Bros. Television, with a story by Andy Muschietti, Barbara Muschietti and Jason Fuchs. They executive produce alongside Brad Caleb Kane, David Coatsworth, Bill Skarsgård, Shelley Meals, Roy Lee and Dan Lin. Fuchs, who wrote the teleplay for the first episode, is a co-showrunner with Kane. The series was developed for television by "It" filmmakers Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti as well as Jason Fuchs. Andy Muschietti, who directed 'It: Part One' and 2019's 'It: Part Two', is attached to executive produce the series along with Barbara Muschietti and Jason Fuchs. Fuchs is writing the first episode of the series, based on a story by him and the Muschiettis. Andy will also direct multiple episodes, including the first. Fuchs and Brad Caleb Kane serve as co-showrunners and executive producers, with the Muschiettis also executive producing via their Double Dream production company. Shelley Meals, Roy Lee, and Dan Lin also executive produce. The series is produced by HBO Max and Warner Bros. Television. The new 'It' movies collectively grossed over $1.1 billion at the global box office upon their release. 'It' was previously adapted into a two-part miniseries for ABC back in 1990, featuring Tim Curry as Pennywise. read more New Tourism Route To Launch in Old Cairo Ahmed El Sakka-Led Play 'Sayidati Al Jamila' to Be Staged in KSA on Dec. 6 Mandy Moore Joins Season 2 of "Dr. Death" Anthology Series Don't Miss These Movies at 44th Cairo Int'l Film Festival Today Amr Diab to Headline KSA's MDLBEAST Soundstorm 2022 Festival Arts & Culture Mai Omar Stuns in Latest Instagram Photos Arts & Culture "The Flash" to End with Season 9 Arts & Culture Ministry of Culture Organizes four day Children's Film Festival Arts & Culture Canadian PM wishes Muslims Eid-al-Adha News Egypt confirms denial of airspace access to US B-52 bombers News Ayat Khaddoura's Final Video Captures Bombardment of Beit Lahia News Australia Fines Telegram $600,000 Over Terrorism, Child Abuse Content Arts & Culture Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's $4.7M LA Home Burglarized Sports Former Al Zamalek Player Ibrahim Shika Passes away after Long Battle with Cancer Sports Neymar Announced for Brazil's Preliminary List for 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers News Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly Inaugurates Two Indian Companies Arts & Culture New Archaeological Discovery from 26th Dynasty Uncovered in Karnak Temple Business Fear & Greed Index Plummets to Lowest Level Ever Recorded amid Global Trade War Arts & Culture Zahi Hawass: Claims of Columns Beneath the Pyramid of Khafre Are Lies

The Pitt Season 2: Everything We Know
Strong vital signs resulted in a swift Season 2 renewal for the Noah Wyle medical drama The Pitt, which is on track to return with new episodes in a matter of months. The pickup came just seven hours into Dr. Robby's shift — long before the acclaimed series' 15th and final hour dropped on April 10. 'We're excited and delighted with the audience response for our first season of The Pitt and can't be more appreciative of our partners at Max and Warner Bros. Television for all of their extraordinary support throughout our first season,' Wyle and fellow executive producers R. Scott Gemmill and John Wells said in a joint statement on Feb. 14. Our collaboration with John Wells, R. Scott Gemmill, Noah Wyle and Warner Bros. Television has been an incredibly rewarding experience, and we are excited to continue down this path with another season.' TVLine will continue to update this page as additional news trickles in about The Pitt Season 2, so be sure to bookmark it and check back frequently. In the meantime, scroll down to review everything we know so far. Dr. Michael 'Robby' Robinavitch had to be talked off a ledge by Dr. Jack Abbot, who offered to connect our grizzled hero with his therapist…. Nurse Dana Evans, still reeling from her assault, had not yet decided whether she was going to return to work the following week (if ever)…. Dr. Frank Langdon, at risk of losing his job, was staring down the barrel of rehab…. Dr. Heather Collins was at home with her phone off, presumably fast asleep and blissfully unaware of what went down at PittFest. Dr. Cassie McKay avoided arrest, but still had to get her ankle monitor fixed…. Dr. Samira Mohan was struggling with work/life balance…. Dr. Melissa 'Mel' King, juggling the demands of residency and looking after her autistic sister, had just retrieved Becca from her care facility…. Dr. Trinity Santos invited med student Denis Whitaker to come live with her…. and fellow med student Victoria Javadi seemed unsure if she wanted to pursue a career in emergency medicine — or any career in medicine, for that matter — after a hellish day in the ED. The Pitt Season 2 will pick up roughly nine-to-10 months after the events of Season 1. 'We're going to do Fourth of July weekend,' Gemmill previously told TVLine. 'Nine, basically 10 months later, gives a lot of room for us to have developed a few stories in the interim and catch up with everyone.' The next 15-hour shift will mark Langdon's first day back at work after agreeing to go to rehab, and we'll 'get to catch up as he catches up' with everyone. That includes Dr. Robby, who will be 'getting himself mentally healthy again' in Season 2. Gemmill also confirms that charge nurse Dana Evans isn't going anywhere — though that doesn't mean she didn't take some time off between the events of Seasons 1 and 2. 'I think if next season were to take place the next day or the next week, you wouldn't see Dana,' he said. 'I think she needs to take some time off to really talk to her husband, talk about what she wants out of life…. I think when she comes back, she's going to have a bit of an attitude adjustment, though. She'll be even less tolerant of bulls—t. She's going to be much more protective of her flock.' The time jump will also facilitate changes in hospital hierarchy: 'Because it will be July, everyone has been promoted or graduated to the next level,' Gemmill pointed out. 'For instance, Whitaker will be an intern next year — so, finally, his character will be getting paid.' Javadi, meanwhile, 'is going to be doing a sub-internship, and we find out that maybe that's just her stalling because she doesn't want to make up her mind about where she wants to go.' The Pitt Season 1 cast consisted of series regulars Noah Wyle (Dr. Michael 'Robby' Robinavitch), Tracy Ifeachor (Dr. Heather Collins), Patrick Ball (Dr. Frank Langdon), Supriya Ganesh (Dr. Samira Mohan), Fiona Dourif (Dr. Cassie McKay), Taylor Dearden (Dr. Melissa 'Mel' King), Isa Briones (Dr. Trinity Santos), Gerran Howell (med student Dennis Whitaker), Shabana Azeez (med student Victoria Javadi) and Katherine LaNasa (charge nurse Dana Evans). Recurring guest stars included, but certainly were not limited to: Shawn Hatosy (Dr. Jack Abbot), Alexandra Metz (Dr. Yolanda Garcia), Ayesha Harris (Dr. Parker Ellis), Ken Kirby (Dr. John Shen), Tedra Millan (Dr. Emery Walsh), Deepti Gupta (Dr. Eileen Shamsi), Krystel V. McNeil (social worker Kiara Alfaro) and Michael Hyatt (PTMC chief medical officer Gloria Underwood). According to Gemmill, you can expect to see all your favorites back in Season 2: 'Some people might be working different hours and different shifts, but it's pretty much the same crew.' He also confirmed that the show will 'introduce a couple of new characters, as well, because there are always new people coming in and out of the hospital, so that will give us some new dynamics.' The Pitt Season 2 is on track to premiere in January 2026, just one year after the debut of Season 1. TVLine will update this page when a precise premiere date has been confirmed. Cameras have not started rolling on The Pitt Season 2, so a trailer is not yet available. TVLine will keep you posted once there is new footage we are able to share. Melissa Rauch On Leadership, Legacy And Letting Kindness Lead The Way
NIGHT COURT — "Pilot" Episode 101 — Pictured: Melissa Rauch as Abby Stone — (Photo by: Jordin ... More Althaus/NBC/Warner Bros. Television via Getty Images) From captivating audiences as Bernadette on The Big Bang Theory to reimagining a classic with Night Court, Melissa Rauch's career is nothing short of dynamic. But her most enduring role may be the one she's crafted offscreen: a purpose-driven leader channeling fame into meaningful impact. Through Rauch's nonprofit Oscar's Kids, she, along with her husband, Winston, and Yavanna and Lar Keogh, created the organization to honor the late Oscar Keogh, who passed away at the age of five from a rare form of pediatric cancer, Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma. Launched in 2020, the organization continues raising funding and bringing magical moments to children and families affected by pediatric cancer. 'One of the accomplishments I'm really proud of,' Rauch shares during a phone interview, 'is something we started called Oscar's Magic Moments. We connect children facing terminal diagnoses with their favorite actor, singer or athlete—sometimes over FaceTime or in-person—to bring them light through an incredibly dark time.' DIPG makes up approximately 10 to 15% of childhood brain tumors and claims 150 to 300 children's lives each year in the U.S. alone. Fewer than 10% survive even two years after diagnosis. This aggressive tumor affects the brainstem—responsible for vital functions like breathing and heart rate—and is now the leading cause of cancer-related deaths in children. Rauch has rallied major corporate partners, including Pepsi, Quaker, Samsung and Warner Bros., to financially support the initiative. There is also a momentum of support from individual donors and charitable foundations like The V Foundation. Oscar's Kids also funds clinical trials led by Stanford's Dr. Michelle Monje, one of the world's foremost experts in pediatric neuro-oncology. 'Launching just before Covid hit presented a lot of headwinds,' Rauch admits. 'But thankfully, we've been able to continue raising meaningful funds through a lot of different avenues.' Beyond fundraising, the work has given Rauch a profound perspective: The world needs more charitable activism and consistent philanthropic support from all who are in a position to do so. The producer states, 'On a personal level, being in the orbit of children and families who are facing the unimaginable gives you a perspective on what is really important.' Rauch's work with Oscar's Kids reflects the leadership values she brings to her productions. Purpose drives her, and collaboration defines her. Central to everything the actress does is a commitment to creating environments where everyone can thrive. Yavanna, Oscar and Lar Keogh on Oscar's 4th Birthday. Oscar's Kids was created to to help support ... More and enrich the lives of children and families who are navigating pediatric cancer and other childhood diseases. Melissa Rauch and the Keogh's formed the organization to continue and honor Oscar's legacy. Though she holds an executive producer title on NBC's hit comedy Night Court, Rauch doesn't believe in traditional hierarchies. Her leadership style is rooted in shared creativity and respect. 'What I've learned about my leadership style as an executive producer is that positive collaboration is critical,' she says. 'I'm a big believer in a best-idea-wins approach—and getting egos out of the way in the interest of making the best episode of television.' Rauch prioritizes creating a team environment rather than a top-down structure. She makes it a point to make people feel they are working with her rather than for her. That people-first mindset shows up in how she manages time and delegates responsibilities. As a mother of two and full-time creative, she's learned to juggle calendars with color-coded precision and lean on her partners, like the Entertainment Industry Foundation, which fiscally sponsors Oscar's Kids. 'I'm not good at asking for help,' Rauch admits. 'But it's something I'm trying to get better at. Delegating what's outside our domain has been essential to the charity's success.' Above all, she fosters a safe space where creativity can thrive. 'We have a no-jerks policy on our sets,' she laughs. 'Kindness, empathy and compassion are essential.' Long before leading productions and nonprofits, Rauch was an actress navigating the painful cycles of auditions and rejections. 'It felt very personal,' she recalls. 'It's also the heartbreak of not getting to do what feeds your soul.' To stay grounded, she started writing and doing stand-up. This served as an outlet to help her deal with rejection. She could continue doing what brought her fulfillment. Her commitment to her goal became her launchpad to her ideal career position. Today, she approaches success with tempered optimism. 'When we launched Night Court, I knew it was good, but I didn't know if it would land,' she says. 'And when it became the number one comedy premiere that season, I was over the moon. But I try not to forecast success. That fall can be harder than the rejection.' Her perspective remains rooted in gratitude, especially with Oscar's Kids. Her perspective on life and the entertainment industry has forever shifted. She's grateful that her kids are safe and healthy, and she can do what she's always wanted to: play make-believe for work. NIGHT COURT — "Mayim Worst Enemy" Episode 312 — Pictured: (l-r) Mayim Bialik as Herself, Melissa ... More Rauch as Abby Stone, Wendie Malick as Julianne Walters — (Photo by: Nicole Weingart/NBC via Getty Images) Rauch continues expanding her creative leadership through After January Productions, which holds a first-look deal at Warner Bros. She and her team are focusing on scripted and unscripted TV projects with a strong foundation in multi-cam sitcoms, game shows and scripted drama. On the film side, her team is collaborating with Higher Ground and Forest Whitaker's Significant Productions on an upcoming feature-length drama intended for Netflix. Meanwhile, she's still having fun. 'We really wanted to end our third season of Night Court with a huge reason for people to come back,' she teases. 'Our finale uncorks a shocker no one will see coming—and features an homage to the Michael J. Fox episode from the original series. That episode made me fall in love with Night Court in the first place.' For Rauch, leadership isn't about control. It's about contribution. 'Oscar's Kids reminds me daily that we all have the ability to make a difference,' she concludes. 'It doesn't have to be big. Just kind.'
