Llandudno: Woman rescued after getting stuck on Little Orme
A woman was winched to safety by helicopter after getting stuck on a cliff on Little woman was stranded on the rocky headland, in Llandudno, Conwy county, which reaches 141m (463 ft).The coastguard was called to the scene at 14:30 BST on Saturday where she was airlifted from her Conwy lifeboat was launched at 14:15 BST after four people were cut off by the tide at West Shore, Llandudno. Urgent Pembrokeshire emergency response after boater injured
Coastguards were called out after a boater was injured in Pembrokeshire. Dyfed-Powys Police paged the team to assist in locating a casualty who had been reported as injured inside a boat on land in Skirmisher Yard (Lower Town). After quickly finding the person, the coastguards administered casualty care and formed an extraction plan with Fishguard Fire Station. Fishguard Coastguard have assisted in a rescue (Image: Fishguard Coastguard) Working together an evacuation was carried out. The Welsh Ambulance Services and University NHS Trust arrived on scene to take over the medical care. The casualty was extracted safely and transferred into an ambulance.
