Fans have been left baffled, as they claimed they couldn't recognise Baroness Karren Brady in a snap posted by The Apprentice star. It comes as the business mogul revealed she would be overhauling her wardrobe following a cosmetic treatment.
Karren, 56, who also serves as vice chair of West Ham United FC, posted a picture of herself wearing a sleeveless white dress on Instagram earlier this week on Friday, August 15.
She hinted in the caption that the image was captured after having her skin firmed up, as reported by the Mirror. The upload has racked up over 8,000 likes, with Karren flooded with praise in the comments.
Multiple followers admitted they initially failed to recognise her, with some claiming they confused her with other famous faces. The first image in the post displayed Karren posing in the sleeveless dress, which she had paired with a Chanel belt, whilst standing in a corridor.
A follow-up photograph offered a peek at the treatment, showing equipment being applied to an arm. Karren captioned the post: "I never thought I'd be able to wear short sleeves again, but after a course of Exion skin-tightening with radio frequency, I can!

A third added: "You look fabulous." However, some thought she looked unrecognisable. One user commented: "For a second I really thought it was a different person."
Another remarked: "She looks so different." A third noted: "Did not recognise her." Echoing these sentiments, another fan said: "Looks nothing like her."
Some even compared her to 74-year-old actress Jane Seymour. One follower wrote: "At first glance I thought it was the actress Jane Seymour." Another suggested: "Young Jane Seymour."
Others admitted they initially mistook her for singer Jennifer Lopez and former soap star Michelle Keegan.
The caption also sparked a reaction. Some fans reassured Karren that people can wear short-sleeved outfits regardless of how their arms look.
