Remove the dough from the bowl and shape it into a ball. Place in the loaf pan and gently push down with damp hands to fill the pan in an even layer, making sure to go all the way to the corners. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon yellow cornmeal if using. 6. Coat a sheet of plastic wrap with cooking spray. Place sprayed-side down over the pan. Let rise in a warm place until the dough has risen to just over the rim of the pan by about 1/4-inch, 45 minutes to 1 hour. About 20 minutes before the dough is ready, heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
