Racer Amer charting career path in Land of Rising Sun
PETALING JAYA: Rising racer Amer Harris Jefry (pic) wants to make a racing career for himself in Japan and knows it is within reach in a few years. The 21-year-old, who is already racing in the Toyota Gazoo Racing GR86/BRZ Cup in Japan with Wing Hin Motorsports, aims to be part of the Super GT Championship, often regarded as one of the top racing series in the country and has been going on since 1993.

Naquib, Mitchell make it a double podium for Wing Hin in Thailand
PETALING JAYA: Young drivers Naquib Azlan and Mitchell Cheah had a stellar start in the Thailand Super Series after taking a double podium finish at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram, Thailand, over the weekend. Racing for Malaysian team Wing Hin Motorsports in the GT4 category, the duo crossed the line in second place for Race 2 yesterday after taking third for Race 1 on Saturday.
