A West Lothian pancake spot has closed up and moved on 'unexpectedly'. ‌ Stack and Still have thanked their customers in Livingston, after closing their doors for the final time. They opened at The Centre back in the summer of 2021. ‌ The popular pancake house offered diners the chance to create their own stack, using 'nearly 12 million different combinations'. ‌ The Livingston eatery had over 250 covers, and is understood to have had over 100 staff. It's understood that the chicken chain Wing Stop will be moving in to the unit. Stack and Still shared the news on social media. They said: 'We want to let you know that our Livingston restaurant has now closed. 'A huge thank you to all our amazing customers who've joined us there over the years. We've loved serving you every stack, shake, and smile. 'You can still get your Stack and Still fix at any of our other locations: West George Street (Glasgow), Glasgow Airport, Glasgow Fort, Braehead, Bonnie & Wild (Edinburgh), Hanover Street (Edinburgh). One posted: 'No way! Loved coming here for breakfast.' A second added: 'That was unexpected.' A third commented: 'What?! This came out of nowhere! Hope you are able to come back to Livingston.'
