Forgotten Silver
is a slice of local cinematic history that is largely forgotten. The mockumentary, which followed the increasingly ridiculous story of fictitious filmmaker Colin McKenzie, was produced and directed by Costa Botes along with co-conspirator Peter Jackson.
The film generated huge public reaction when it aired on Sunday night television in 1995, with some viewers having the wool pulled over their eyes. Costa joins Jim to discuss the film's impact 30 years ago, as detailed in his book
