Crypto group claims responsibility for green sex toy stunts at WNBA games
A group of cryptocurrency supporters has admitted that they were behind the strange stunt that shocked fans during several Women's NBA (WNBA) games recently. Bright green sex toys were thrown onto courts across multiple cities, including Atlanta, Brooklyn, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Phoenix.
The incidents caused shock and confusion among players, fans, and commentators. One such event happened during the final minute of a close match between the Atlanta Dream and the Golden State Valkyries on July 30, when a bright green sex toy flew from the stands and landed on the court.

The referees paused the game and security quickly removed the item. Videos of the incident took social media by storm, with commentators raising concerns regarding security of players and staff. However, it has now been revealed that the incidents were part of a stunt to promote a new cryptocurrency.
Crypto group claims responsibility for dildo stunts
The group behind these stunts has claimed that they planned these stunts to promote their new cryptocurrency called 'Green Dildo Coin.' In an interview with NBC News, a member of the group said their plan was to promote the new crypto in a fun manner and not to hurt anyone or cause problems.
The group reportedly planned for four people to throw the green sex toys onto WNBA courts in one night. However, only two of the planned throws were successful, while one person was arrested while trying to pull off the stunt. Despite the backlash and arrests, the crypto group has said that their plan was successful because it made people notice the coin and talk about it.
'Our group is put together to make people laugh, make memecoins fun and funny again, and try to revive a culture of crypto that's been lost. People are talking about it. They're seeing it in places relevant to everyday society. It's why pranks are important to spreading the message — it's about providing a cool, new, safe place for memes,' the member said.
In one incident during a game between the Phoenix Mercury and Connecticut Sun at PHX Arena last week, an 18-year-old was arrested for trying to throw a dildo onto the court. Kaden Lopez is accused of throwing the object, which landed in the stands near him. It reportedly hit a man who was watching the game with his son. The man and PHX Arena are now planning to sue Lopez.
