(WROC) – This Wednesday is World Read Aloud Day and News 8's Meteorologist James Gilbert headed to School No. 33 and Sports Director Thad Brown went to School No. 54 to read to students! ST. LOUIS – Ready Readers, a non-profit organization in the St. Louis area, is launching a 24-hour online fundraising campaign Wednesday to celebrate World Read Aloud Day.
