23-year-old charged for soliciting minor for sex
SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls man is in the Minnehaha County Jail this midday, accused of soliciting a minor for sex.

Wyatt Nuchols, 23, was booked into jail this morning on a 50-thousand dollar to an indictment, he's charged with soliciting a 13-year-old girl last summer. He is also charged with giving harmful materials to minors.
As of Tuesday morning, his first court hearing had not been scheduled.
