In just 2 days, 2 winning lottery tickets bought at Carroll County store
CLIVE, Iowa (KCAU) — Two winning lottery tickets were bought at the same Carroll County store two days apart.
According to a release from the Iowa Lottery, within two days of each other, both tickets were bought at the Casey's in Manning, Iowa.
Winning Lucky for Life ticket purchased in Denison
The first ticket, purchased by Xenia Valladares of Deloit, was a '$100,000 Mega Crossword' scratch ticket that was purchased on Monday. A day later, Judy Ambrose of Dunlap claimed a $25,000 prize from the 'Mega Bucks' scratch ticket.
The lottery said that back-to-back wins such as these are coincidental, and they are unsure when winning tickets will turn up.
