The fantasy action drama ' Yamadonga ,' which originally hit theaters in 2007, recently celebrated its 18th anniversary with a special re-release in stunning 4K quality. Directed by the ace director SS Rajamouli and starring , the film received a mixed response from the audience, with many viewers leaving theaters midway through the screening as per a video shared on X. It follows Raja, a small-time thief from Hyderabad, who is betrayed and killed by goons hired by a wealthy family. His soul is taken to Yamaloka, the realm of death, where he steals the powerful Yamapasam, a divine weapon, and challenges Yama, the god of death. Raja's return to Earth sets off a series of events as he fights to protect Mahi, the woman who once loved him and is now suffering at the hands of her tormentors.
