Emmerdale axed from ITV schedule tonight – when it next airs
But those hoping to tune into Emmerdale today (July 22) on ITV1 might have noticed there is yet another missing episode of the Yorkshire Dales-set soap.
That's because it's been axed from its usual 7.30pm billing on Tuesday to make way for the first UEFA Women's Euro 2025 semi-final.
This evening, England's Lionesses will take on Italy at the Stade de Genève in Switzerland (kick-off is at 8pm).
The Radio Times summary reveals: 'England continue their defence of the title after they came through a nail-biting quarter-final with Sweden, fighting back from 2-0 down to take the match to penalties and winning the shootout 3-2 despite failing to score four of their spot kicks.
'There was also drama in Italy's last-eight contest, which saw them claim a 2-1 win against Norway, with star striker Cristiana Girelli completing her brace in second-half stoppage time.'
