Dylan Marlowe Escorted Out Of Country Jam Festival After His Performance
Last Updated: Country singer Dylan Marlowe was escorted out of the Country Jam festival in Wisconsin after his set. Country music singer Dylan Marlowe has found himself at the centre of a viral controversy after being removed by security from the Country Jam festival in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The incident, which unfolded shortly after Marlowe completed his set on Saturday, was caught on camera and widely circulated across social media platforms. The video shows Marlowe being forcibly escorted out of the venue, with security grabbing him by his shirt. What drew further attention was fellow artist Jake Owen, who was performing at the time, acknowledging the situation mid-song with the words, 'That's Dylan Marlowe." The incident left fans confused. Marlowe later clarified his side of the story on Sunday via a four-minute TikTok video. The singer explained that he had been watching Owen's performance from a front-of-house tower alongside a friend. Both were wearing 'All Access" and 'Artist Credentials" wristbands provided by their tour manager, granting them backstage mobility. 'We were like, 'Hey, we have All Access wristbands given to our tour manager for us to wear to be anywhere we want to be,'" Marlowe said, describing their initial conversation with security. Despite showing credentials, the guard reportedly dismissed them, saying, 'No. I don't care. So and so said you can't be up here." The duo then moved to another area but were again approached, this time by the same security guard accompanied by police officers. Marlowe recalled being told, 'This security is our boss and he's telling us to get y'all out of here." Talking about the encounter, Marlowe admitted, 'I'm not going to paint it like I was this perfectly great dude… There were definitely a few heated words exchanged… I feel like he was rude to me, and I was rude back. And I shouldn't have been." Despite this, the singer says he holds no grudges. 'I forgive the guy," he said. Marlowe is known for songs like 'Boys Back Home,' 'You See Mine,' and 'All About It.'
