Ponderosa Fire near Dobbins threatens structures, spreading at dangerous rate
A vegetation fire near the Dobbins area of Yuba County is spreading at a dangerous rate and threatening structures Sunday afternoon, officials said.
Calf Fire said the fire is located north of Marysville Road and east of Willow Glen and is threatening structures. Crews said the Ponderosa Fire is about 12 acres.
The Yuba County Office of Emergency Services said deputies are in the area in case evacuations are needed.
Air resources are at the scene. Cal Fire said additional resources have been requested.
