VFS Global
has launched a UK Premium Application Centre at Taj Lakefront in the city. This new centre is part of the company's continued effort to increase access to visa services in non-metro regions and becomes the 13th such facility across Tier 2 and Tier 3 Indian cities.
The service offers two value-added options: Comfort Plus and Convenience Plus. Comfort Plus includes access to a Premium Lounge, passport delivery to the applicant's doorstep, SMS notifications, and help with document uploads. Convenience Plus provides flexible appointment scheduling, a 'Keep My Passport' service, document upload assistance, and home delivery of passports with SMS updates.
Yummi Talwar, Chief Operating Officer for South Asia at VFS Global, said, 'Our commitment has always been to deliver efficient, seamless service to our customers, and the opening of the TSPs is designed to bring convenience by enabling them to access an application centre closest to their location. Beyond this, our value-added services are designed to elevate their journey, offering an enriched experience that reflects our dedication to excellence and innovation.'
