We continue our countdown with Raiders No. 93: Who wore it best and who's wearing it now With 93 days until the Raiders season opener, we take a look at who is wearing it during the Raiders offseason workouts and whose legacy lies in that number. No. 93 Who's wearing it now: DT Zach Carter The former third round pick was signed by the Raiders midway through last season and would appear in eight games putting up 13 tackles and one sack. He now enters his fourth NFL season and second with the Raiders. Who wore it best: DE Greg Townsend Townsend stands tall as the Raiders franchise record-holder with 107.5 sacks. Townsend spent 12 of his 13 NFL seasons with the Raiders The first nine of those seasons, he averaged over 10 sacks per season and made two Pro Bowls. And that doesn't even include his 4.5 sacks in the playoffs as a rookie in 1983, helping the Raiders reach and win the Super Bowl. Honorable mention: DT Tommy Kelly Kelly went undrafted in 2004. He would become a fulltime starter in his second season and ended up spending nine years with the Raiders. Along with being a great player, he was a favorite teammate as well. Prep talk: Bellflower basketball team celebrates first league title since 1978

Zach Carter, a 34-year-old walk-on head coach, has guided Bellflower High to its first league basketball championship since 1978 in his second season as a head coach. That's impressive. Carter was a protege of Patrick Roy, having been an assistant at Inglewood and St. Paul. The team is 20-8 and won the Mid-Cities League title with a 50-47 win over Downey on Tuesday night. 'It was crazy,' Carter said of the reaction in the gym. 'The fans, the principal.' Senior point guards Deacon Botts and EJ Andrews and 6-5 senior Derrick Martinez have led the Buccaneers. 'The kids just worked hard,' Carter said. 'I've always preached culture.' Huntington Beach has named former Loyola offensive coordinator Matthew Hatchette its new football coach.
