The three-minute video showed a man catching his breath outside a building in Genting Highlands, recalling an encounter with an older man who was purportedly giving balloons to strangers. However, the balloon vendor allegedly locked the two of them in the room and asked the man to expose himself for RM50, which he refused to do. But the man later pulled out a RM50 note from his hoodie before the video ended. Asked if the video could be a prank, Zaiham said a report would be filed if it was found to be fake.
