Zayn Malik almost cries singing One Direction's 'Night Changes' in Mexico concert

ALBAWABA - English singer-songwriter Zayn Malik recently went viral on social media after singing One Direction's 'Night Changes' in Mexico to mark the 10th anniversary of departing from what was once deemed the biggest boy band in the world.
Malik, who now carries on a successful music career, seemed visibly emotional and was nearly brought to tears during the performance at his sold out concert in Mexico, sparking a wide variety of emotions and nostalgia from fans.
The British singer said, "I haven't sung this song in 10 years. Thank you, that was amazing, I almost cried…"
This all occurred as part of Mailk's Stairway to the Sky Tour, which concluded on March 25, 202,5, in Mexico City.

Fans also speculated that Zayn Malik could've performed the song with his former bandmate Liam Payne in mind, who recently tragically passed away after falling from the third-floor balcony of a hotel in Buenos Aires and suffering from severe injuries.
'Night Changes, ' which was released back in 2014, is considered one of One Direction's most popular songs, garnering more than 2 billion streams on Spotify and nearly 1 billion views on YouTube.
Despite breaking apart in 2016, One Direction remains one of the most well-known boy bands of our current generation, with an impressive 43 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
After departing from One Direction, Zayn Malik's career skyrocketed, gaining billions of streams and views for his songs, including 'PILLOWTALK', 'Dusk Till Dawn', 'I Don't Wanna Live Forever' featuring Taylor Swift, and many more.
