Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap were spotted exiting an eatery in Mumbai this afternoon. Bollywood couple Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap kick-started their weekend on a foodie note. The duo was papped exiting a popular eatery in Mumbai this afternoon and looked stylish as ever. In a video posted on Instagram, both the actor and his wife were seen posing for the paps while wrapping their hands around one another's waist. In the video, Ayushmann Khurrana was spotted walking out of the popular restaurant in Bandra at first. Following him was his wife, Tahira Kashyap, who soon joined him in posing for the lens. At the end, the duo even expressed their gratitude towards the paps stationed over there by thanking them and then boarded their luxurious car. He was also seen carrying a sling bag alongside his sleek accessories, including a watch and a pair of tinted glasses. Tahira, on the other hand, picked a white peplum top teamed with a pair of matching shorts and stylish sandals. The top provided maximum comfort to the diva, which she styled with a Christian Dior multi-coloured tote bag. Subtle makeup, middle-parted open tresses and sunglasses wrapped up her cool look for the day. Soon after the video went viral, social media users couldn't stop themselves from praising the couple's camaraderie after their lunch date. Ayushmann Khurrana And Tahira Kashyap's Love Story The Bollywood couple, who are celebrated for their long-standing relationship and supportive partnership, met in Chandigarh during their school days. Their love story evolved from teenage crushes, went to college, long-distance and even struggles in their respective careers, ultimately to a grand wedding ceremony in 2008. The couple is blessed with two children: a son named Virajveer and a daughter named Varushka. Additionally, they have always remained the biggest supporters of one another. Throughout Tahira's breast cancer diagnosis and relapse, the couple stuck together as a team and served pure couple goals to their fans. The actor, known for his impeccable acting skills, was last seen as Pooja/Karamveer 'Karam" Singh in the 2023 movie Dream Girl 2, co-starring Ananya Pandey. Meanwhile, Tahira has directed a short film titled Tofee, produced by Ayushmann, marking her directorial debut. Following this, she has directed a segment in the anthology film Zindagi inShort and her first feature film, Sharmajee Ki Beti, among others. Tahira Kashyap shares ‘life update' amid cancer treatment: ‘Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost'
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana's wife, writer-director Tahira Kashyap revealed earlier this month that her cancer has relapsed. Amid the treatment, Tahira shared a photo and a heartfelt message on Instagram on Thursday, reassuring her fans and followers that she's not going anywhere. The picture shows Tahira holding up a laptop displaying text written in screenplay format. The text read, 'After a brief interim, this woman in question holds her laptop to write another script one more time. With gratitude in her heart, prayer on her lips and a smile beaming through her eyes, she mumbles.' It further read, 'Thank you, universe, thank you, god, for all the challenges and all the blessings. Had it not been for these obstacles, I wouldn't have acknowledged your love. Thank you for giving me another opportunity to become a better version of myself. And so here's to the Tahira 3.0 version! Back to the grind, back to the hustle, back to life, and so glad to be back at work! Picture abhi baaki hai, mere dost :).' Tahira Kashyap was initially diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer back in 2018, but she managed to recover from it. She recently revealed that her breast cancer has returned after a seven-year remission. Tahira Kashyap has written and directed projects like Sharmajee ki Beti (2024), Zindagi inShort (2020) and Feels Like Ishq (2021).
