Hollywood megastar flaunts ripped abs on Ibiza holiday
After nearly four decades in showbiz, Matt Damon is looking as ripped as ever.
The 54-year-old Hollywood actor is enjoying a holiday in Ibiza, Spain, for Australian star Chris Hemsworth's 42nd birthday.
The Jason Bourne star was photographed soaking up the sun on a yacht alongside his wife Luciana Barroso, flaunting his buff figure in a pair of navy swim shorts.
While Damon has usually kept in solid shape, fulfilling a string of action roles over the years, he recently got particularly shredded for director Christopher Nolan's upcoming film The Odyssey, which shot in Italy earlier this year.
The action fantasy feature is brimming with a cohort of A-listers, including Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Robert Pattinson and Charlize Theron.
The movie follows Odysseus (Damon), king of Ithaca, returning home under perilous circumstances following the Trojan War.
It's slated for a July 2026 release.
In the meantime, Damon has been enjoying time off, joined by the Hemsworth brothers, Chris, Liam and Luke, as well as New Zealand director Taika Waititi and pop star wife Rita Ora for some fun on the Spanish island.
Absent from the star-studded squad was Chris' wife, Elsa Pataky, who was spotted this week grocery shopping in Byron Bay near the couple's beachside mansion.
Liam paid birthday tribute to his brother on Instagram earlier this week, sharing a photo of all three brothers together on the boat trip with the message: 'Happy birthday brother Chris! Thanks for always being such a wonderful legend. Never change. I hope I have abs like you when I grow up. Love you.'
Liam's long-term girlfriend Gabriella Brooks was also spotted in Ibiza appearing to be flashing a new ring on her engagement finger.
The Hunger Games actor began dating Brooks sometime in late 2019, shortly after Hemsworth's marriage breakdown with US pop star Miley Cyrus.
Chris has been spending much of his time in the UK of late, with production on Marvel's hugely anticipated Avengers film currently underway.
He's set to reprise his role of Thor, which he debuted in 2011, alongside fellow MCU great Robert Downey Jr. in Avengers: Doomsday, which hits cinemas next year.
