UK's Quilter to assess capital needs once services review implemented
Aug 6 (Reuters) - British wealth manager Quilter (QLT.L), opens new tab on Wednesday said it plans to assess its capital needs following the implementation of an ongoing advice review, after reporting higher inflows of 4.5 billion pounds ($6 billion) at the end of the first half.
The company had been reviewing its historical services to customers amid heightened regulatory scrutiny of charging by fund managers. It said on Wednesday that a provision set aside previously for this remains "appropriate".
