UN Report: Settler attacks damaged water infrastructure in West Bank

New York - Saba: A United Nations report stated on Friday that water infrastructure in the West Bank has been vandalized by settlers. The report explained that this "disrupts residents' access to water and harms communities." It noted that several incidents have occurred since the beginning of the year "targeting water pipes in villages and pastoral areas." The UN report emphasized that "these incidents constitute 13 percent of all settler incidents related to water infrastructure." Enemy forces, along with settlers, have escalated their crimes and incursions into West Bank cities since the outbreak of "al-Aqsa Flood" operation on October 7, 2023, coinciding with a widespread and devastating aggression on the Gaza Strip that has resulted in the martyrdom and injury of tens of thousands of Palestinians, most of whom are women and children.
