Support sought from Newquay traders for nature projects
Businesses have been invited to support nature restoration projects in and around Council and Crowdfunder have launched the Love Where You Are: Saints Coast 2025 initiative which is looking to raise money for four projects aiming to benefit nature council said the projects had been selected through the scheme to receive support including initiatives focused on beach clean-ups, tree-planting and wildlife gardens for owners in Newquay have been asked to consider investing in the projects which council leader Leigh Frost said could play a "pivotal part" in supporting nature locally. "This is a chance for you to showcase your values and build stronger connections with your community," Frost traders interested in supporting the projects have been asked to visit the scheme's website.
