Figma CEO Field's Pay Package Includes a $2 Billion ‘Moon Shot'
Figma Inc.'s Dylan Field has already cemented a billion-dollar fortune with this week's planned initial public offering. But he could be looking at another 10-figure payday, thanks to a tranched compensation package similar to Elon Musk's. Field, 33, the design software company's co-founder, will own about 11% of San Francisco-based Figma. That's worth $1.6 billion at $30 a share, the low end of the price range signaled in a Monday filing, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. He also controls all the votes for co-founder Evan Wallace's 27 million shares, worth about $800 million at that price.

‘Lilo & Stitch' Crosses $1B Global Box Office, First Hollywood Title Of 2025 To Milestone
Disney's Lilo & Stitch has crossed the $1B mark at the worldwide box office, now with $1.001B through Wednesday. The sweet little girl and her mischievous blue alien finally give Hollywood its first billion-dollar movie of 2025 with Lilo & Stitch the only studio film so far this year to reach the milestone. The split is $416.2M domestic and $584.8M from the international box office while play continues. L&S is the No. 1 MPA movie of 2025 both internationally and globally. The Disney/Rideback production directed by Dean Fleischer Camp passed $1B with Wednesday's grosses included, this after an eighth weekend that saw increases and strong holds in a handful of overseas markets. I'm thankful to our filmmakers, our cast, and all on our studio team who have made this film such a success, and we look forward to more adventures with these characters ahead.' Domestically, Lilo & Stitch opened May 23 to a record-breaking $183M in four days, setting the biggest Memorial Day weekend debut in history. It's become one of only two films this year to surpass $400M at the domestic box office. Internationally, L&S is the highest-grossing Disney live-action film of all time in Mexico and is already the highest-grossing film of 2025 across a range of key international markets in Europe (France, Italy, Spain) and Latin America (Brazil, Mexico), in addition to several smaller markets. Notably, Latin America as a region is just under $200M, leaning greatly into the overall cume. The Top 10 offshore markets through Wednesday are: Mexico ($67M), UK ($48.9M), France ($42.4M), Brazil ($37.4M), Germany ($32.4M), Spain ($27.4M), China ($25.2M), Italy ($25.1M), Australia ($21.1M) and Argentina ($20.1M). Lilo & Stitch is currently playing in theaters worldwide, and a sequel is now in development. The new live-action film's box office success has reignited global interest in the franchise, driving record viewership of the original animated classic and related content on Disney+, which have been viewed more than 640 million hours on the platform globally. With this new achievement, The Walt Disney Studios has released four billion-dollar films in the past 13 months alone (Lilo & Stitch, Moana 2, Deadpool & Wolverine and Inside Out 2).
