Millie Mackintosh insists she is '100 per cent glad' she got a boob job but sometimes wishes she went bigger
Millie Mackintosh has revealed she is '100 per cent glad' she went under the knife for a boob job two years ago - but sometimes wishes she got bigger implants. The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, had a breast augmentation in order to restore the way her breasts looked when she was in her 20s. Speaking in an Instagram video, Millie said her implants feel completely natural and she often forgets they're there at all. 'I think there is so much judgement out there and people feel like they can't talk about it. For me, what I wanted to create was what I had before kids,' she said. 'I didn't want to create something that was really unnatural on my frame. I think it's such a personal decision but I had a folder of boobs in my phone. 'I would just be obsessed with boobs. Looking at other people's boobs thinking, would that look good on me? I wanted small, pert round boobs like I used to have in my 20s when I was on the pill. 'After I had kids they grew so much when I was breatfeeding but I waited a year to see if they would come back to life and they didn't.' Millie went for one of the smallest implant sizes you can get, but admitted she sometimes wishes she had opted for something bigger. 'I wanted to do it for myself, it wasn't anything I felt pressured to do by anyone else. My surgeon is called Paul Harris, he is honestly an artist,' she said. 'I actually ended up going smaller than what my surgeon recommended because I was too scared of them looking unnatural. 'He recommended going for 200cc's or 220cc's and I ended up going for 175 which are pretty much the smallest implants they make. If I had any regrets, sometimes I wish they were bigger - I think they are the right size for my frame.' Recalling the recovery period, she added: 'It was like two weeks I would say of real discomfort. 'You have to be careful not to do any upper body exercise for a while because you do not want a burst implant. For me, 100pc glad I did it, no regrets.' Writing in the caption, Millie expanded on how her confidence was knocked while she was breastfeeding. 'When I was breastfeeding both my daughters, they grew so much and then just looked like deflated baloons with loose skin,' she wrote. 'I waited a year to see if things would bounce back naturally, but they didn't, and it really affected my confidence. 'I feel so much happier and more confident in my body now. If you've got any questions, drop them in the comments – I'm always happy to be open and chat about my journey. ❤️'

Livvy Dunne shows support for Haley Cavinder following breast augmentation surgery: 'Bod is tea'
Former Miami Hurricanes women's basketball star Haley Cavinder shared a few photos of herself on social media on Tuesday following breast augmentation surgery. Cavinder, along with her twin sister Hanna, decided to have the surgeries done together as they continue their journey through their post-college basketball careers. The two basketball players played at Fresno State and Miami during their time in the NCAA. Haley Cavinder received plenty of supportive comments on Instagram, including one from former LSU Tigers star gymnast Olivia Dunne. "Bod is tea," Dunne wrote in the comments section of Cavinder's Instagram page. The pictures came about three days after the operation was finished. The twins explained in an Instagram post that "with our active lifestyle, we wanted a natural look that gives a little shape under a tee." Haley Cavinder played college basketball from 2019 to 2025 between the Bulldogs and Hurricanes. She was named the 2021 Mountain West Conference Player of the Year and was a three-time All-Mountain West Conference first team selection. She averaged 16.9 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in college. Cavinder is currently dating Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson and will likely be on the sideline supporting him as he embarks on his fourth season with the NFC East team. Ferguson had 59 catches for 494 yards last season.

EXCLUSIVE Kylie Jenner's hidden surgery exposed as plastic surgeon says scar reveals more than just a boob job
Kylie Jenner is no stranger to plunging necklines and barely-there outfits. But a recent bikini-clad photo from her vacation in Saint-Tropez this month has drawn attention for a different reason, the snap revealed a prominent scar under her right breast. The 27-year-old makeup mogul has previously admitted to undergoing breast augmentation at age 19, revealing she had grapefruit-sized implants inserted in the summer of 2016. Now, a leading plastic surgeon believes the scar may point to an additional, and previously undisclosed, procedure. Dr Sam Fuller, a plastic surgeon in Indiana, told that she likely also had a mastopexy, or breast lift, to help her achieve her fuller chest. The surgeon, who does several breast procedures a week, said: 'This scar is not typical of just a breast augmentation surgery. 'Typically, a very small one to two-inch incision is made at the center point of the crease in the breast in this procedure. 'But the fact there appears to be a scar extending along the breast is more consistent with a mastopexy, or lift procedure.' Breast lifts are typically carried out at the same time as breast augmentations to reposition tissue over implants and make breasts appear fuller and perkier. But some may also opt for them at a later date to raise breasts and tighten any drooping or sagging skin, including any caused by implants. Dr Fuller did not examine Jenner in person, but based his comments on photos of the celebrity's scar that appeared under her breasts at the Saint Tropez beach and at an event in Rome, Italy, in May this year. contacted representatives of the star before publication, but they did not return our request for comment. He said it was possible that she had her breast lift at the same time as her breast augmentation, which would be 'very normal in practices'. But added that in his view the scars appeared more fresh, which he said suggested she had the procedure within the last two years. 'I would say that she likely had this surgery at least six to eight months ago, and probably within the last two years,' he said. 'In the first three to six months, the scars from this surgery are pink, red and purple, but over time these will fade, and her scars do have a faded appearance. 'There is some thickening though, I believe, which makes it seem like this was within at least the last year or two.' In a breast lift, surgeons make incisions around the nipple and along the breast crease before removing any excess skin and lifting and tightening the breasts. The incision is made in the crease under the breasts to obscure the scar. It can be six inches long, but surgeons say more significant lifts require longer incisions. Jenner confirmed on an episode of the Kardashians in 2023 that she had received a breast augmentation at 19, but said that she regretted the decision. 'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t**s, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,' she said. 'I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children. 'But yeah, obviously I have a daughter too. I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.' She had the surgery shortly before she was pregnant with her first child Stormi, who is now seven years old, which she said raised concerns. And last month, she revealed to a fan the size of the implants she used, saying in response to a TikTok video: '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle! Silicone! [Dr] Garth Fisher! Hope this helps, LOL!' The figure 445cc refers to 445 cubic centimeters, equivalent to 445 milliliters or a little under two US cups, about equivalent to a large grapefruit or medium-to-large mango. Before revealing the implants, she said her breasts were down to a padded bra, periods and weight gain. Dr Fuller said her comments had had a major effect on his own practice, revealing that many women would now ask for a 445cc implant. But added that everyone's breasts were different, and that many would find another size of implant would work best with their appearance. The FDA has approved silicone breast implants for those aged 22 years and over, but doctors may still implant these off-label. Dr Fuller said he does get a number of women requesting implants from the age of 19 years, and says in these cases they are asked to come to repeat appointments to ensure they actually want the implants, rather than it being a passing phase. About 300,000 breast augmentation surgeries are carried out in the US every year, making it one of the most popular procedures nationwide, with numbers still rising. About 143,000 breast lifts are also carried out every 12 months.

Kylie Jenner shared the details of her '445 cc' breast implants. I'm the plastic surgeon behind them.
Have you heard about the Kylie special? Last month, makeup mogul and reality star Kylie Jenner — who has previously shared on The Kardashians that she got breast implants when she was 19 years old — fired off a TikTok comment that set the beauty community ablaze. It all started when content creator Rachel Leary posted a TikTok asking Jenner to share exactly what she'd requested when getting her breast augmentation, something Leary hailed as the 'most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever.' Lo and behold, Jenner responded in the comments section. '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol,' Jenner shared — and the whole world listened. Media outlets started covering Jenner's 'boob job order,' bringing extra attention to the plastic surgeon behind it, Dr. Garth Fisher. Fisher's name shot up on Google Trends, while TMZ reported that his plastic surgery practice was fielding hundreds of calls each day because of the shoutout. In this interview with Yahoo's Kerry Justich, Fisher shares in his own words how Jenner's plug has affected his business — and why anyone who wants to follow her lead should manage their expectations. I've been in plastic surgery for 30 years in Beverly Hills, and I've always specialized in faces and breasts. But we do a lot of other things — noses, liposuction, tummy tucks, that kind of stuff. I started my practice in the early '90s, and when I look back at my schedule then and I look at my schedule today, it's really not that much different. I've been very fortunate, blessed and maybe lucky too to get patients who would come to me and then refer other patients. I don't do any marketing, I don't do any advertising. I've got a website and I've got an Instagram page that my daughter put up for me (though I don't really use it). But I've been busy. I used to operate every day, but now I operate on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week, 9 to 5, and it's filled up. So people ask me if I'm busier than I was 20 years ago. ... No, and I don't want to be busier. My life is designed in a way so that I enjoy my patients, my practice and my family. It did feel nice to get the recognition. I like when somebody gives us credit, because patient privacy laws are something we respect. We've never had a leak in our office. Our office staff signs the [non-disclosure agreement] forms. We have pride that this is our culture, that we always keep things private — whether they're a celebrity or not. I don't think anybody has to share anything that they don't want to, but when patients do say something, it's really nice to acknowledge us. I wish there were others that did too. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Dr. Garth Fisher (@garthfishermd) I'm not sure Kylie really knew what was going on when she responded to that creator's request. She was probably half asleep, opening one eye to answer a text. She was just kind of innocently helping some girl, and it ended up being in the news with billions of people reading it. When we spoke about it, she said, 'My gosh, look what happened with us.' We were both laughing about where this went. You're lighting a little something on the ground, and all of a sudden it shoots to the moon. She's so nice, though. She's just always been so sweet, and we're really thankful for her. The office gets a lot of phone calls, especially after this Kylie thing. We're very appreciative of it and we're thankful. It was unexpected, but we didn't need more business. I think it's just a lot more for my office to kind of work through. I'm not going to operate any more than I operate. Patients come in all the time with [references to] celebrities they want to look like, especially for noses and breasts. With facelifts, they just want to look really nice and natural. But we get a lot of celebrities in our office, and a lot of people coming in wanting to look like the celebrities. It's very rare for someone to come in and ask me for a 445 moderate profile implant [aka the Jenner special]. I would tell them that's a really bad idea because it's not going to end up the way you want it. You can take a 300 cc implant and put it on five different people, and it'll look five different ways. So that's one of the big errors I think patients may make when they come in demanding something from their surgeon. It's much like getting on an American Airlines airplane and saying to the pilot, 'I want to fly 25,000 feet.' You have to leave that up to the person who's designing things for you. But you work together as a team. I like having pictures [as a reference] — although I tell people that one of the problems is that Instagram has so many filters on it that patients develop unrealistic expectations because they want to look like this filter, but nobody can really do that. I do like to see what they like about a picture, so I can kind of blend and design the surgery more in line with that. Most patients, including Kylie, want to look really natural. I know how to make the round, high, fake-looking boobs and I do that for people when they ask me to. But I like a very, very natural look, and I think that's what most people want. Then it's all about size. What I do is I have people bring in multiple photos: one too big, one too small, one the size that they really like. We put that up on the wall in the operating room so when patients are asleep, we sit them up and lay them down and we try different sizers on them. I've got several nurses and anesthesiologists with me, and we all get around to the back of the table and try to make it as close to the picture, size-wise, as we can. I was the developer of ABC's Extreme Makeover back in 2002, and I was the original surgeon on that show. It really raised the plastic surgery IQ of people; it brought plastic surgery out of the closet. I think it was really one of those things that propelled our industry in a real, positive way. It's hard to tell if more people will be as open as Kylie was. Some people may speak out because they're proud of their surgeries, some people may not because they're embarrassed to tell anybody. But hopefully, people will be more open because plastic surgery isn't a bad thing. It's not bad to iron your shirt if you've got some folds in it. It's not bad to clean your pants if there's a stain. So what's wrong with tightening up a body feature that you'd like to tighten up and look better? People who don't like plastic surgery don't have to have surgery. But for the people that are doing it, I don't think that anybody should really condemn them or negatively judge them because they want to look better and they're trying to do something about it.

Kylie Jenner photo reveals ‘painful' secret
Kylie Jenner fans have shared their shock after spotting scars from the reality star's boob job. The 27-year-old, known for her incredible hourglass figure, has openly admitted that she has had breast augmentations in the past, getting her first surgery when she was just 19 years old. In new photos, Kylie – who is dating actor Timothée Chalamet – was seen hitting the beach in St Tropez with sister Kendall in a white bikini and sarong, wading through the water as she walked in the sand. But as she looked out to sea, one telltale photo revealed she has surgery scars underneath her bust. One fan shared the picture on Reddit, with the blunt caption: 'Owww / ewwww that scar! Why would you do that to yourself' However, while the cruel title was mostly ignored by fellow Redditors, speculation soon grew over what she had done, and why fans hadn't seen the scars before. One wrote: 'I used to wonder how she didn't have any scars on her social media because she clearly had a boob job early on. Than I realised, duh, they're edited' Others believed that the red scarring is from a newer surgery, and as a result hasn't healed yet. 'I actually don't think this is from putting in the implants. It looks too long. It might be a mastopexy (breast lift) scar,' said one. 'As someone who has had their breasts done, my scar is TINY and way less noticeable than this. This looks fresh,' noted another. While a third said: 'The scar sucks for sure, but I think a lot of us would have some sort of augmentation if we could afford to. Not as extreme as Kylie, but I'd definitely tweak a few things.' The new photos come after Kylie admitted regretting getting her first boob job when she was so young – and encouraged others to avoid it. Speaking on The Kardashians reality show back in 2024, Kylie said: 'I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. 'Perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.' The star teared up as she said: 'I wish I never got them done to begin with. I recommend anyone thinking about it to wait [until] after children.' However, the star has learned to be open about the work she has had done in the past, even taking to TikTok this June to respond to a fan who asked her for more information on the type of surgery she had. Taking the question like a champ, Kylie responded: '445cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol.'
