Parks Canada's Lock & Paddle event is back after its success last year.
Kayakers and canoers are invited to paddle on the Rideau Canal from the Hartwells Lockstation Saturday at 2 p.m.
The paddlers will create a flash mob of colourful boats to celebrate the historic Rideau Canal and experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site from the water.
This event is open to all levels of experience and welcomes the whole family to join in.
