Ex-Thames Valley PC charged with misconduct and computer misuse
A former police officer has been charged with misconduct in public office and computer Fielding-Smith, who was a PC with Thames Valley Police based in Berkshire, has been charged following allegations he formed relationships with three members of the public whilst is also alleged he accessed a police computer system without a legitimate policing 42-year-old has been charged with three counts of misconduct in public office and one count of unauthorised access to data.
He is due to appear at Reading Magistrates' Court on Friday.
