Coller Strikes Record $3 Billion Private-Credit Secondaries Deal
Coller Capital Ltd., a UK-based investor in the secondary market for private assets, closed a deal with middle-market direct lender TPG Twin Brook Capital Partners to establish a $3 billion continuation fund, according to a statement seen by Bloomberg News. The deal will transfer a portfolio of TPG Twin Brook loans from previous vintages into a new fund. It's the biggest such vehicle in private credit secondaries to date, according to the statement, and the first for TPG Twin Brook.

Vista Raises $5.6 Billion for Cloud Software Continuation Fund
Vista Equity Partners gathered $5.6 billion in order to keep Cloud Software Group for longer, tapping its own buyout funds and new investors to seal a blockbuster single-asset continuation fund, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Vista raised a record $2.7 billion of fresh capital for the deal, according to the people, who asked not to be named because the transaction is private. It turned to other vintages of its flagship private equity funds — Vista Equity Partners VII and Vista Equity Partners VIII — to commit about $2.2 billion to the continuation fund, some of the people said.

Neuberger Berman Collects Over $4 Billion for GP-Led Secondary Deals
Neuberger Berman wrapped up fundraising for one of the largest vehicles backing continuation fund deals, a type of secondary transaction that has surged in popularity as the markets for selling and listing businesses have slowed. The New York investment manager collected a little over $4 billion of investor commitments for NB Strategic Capital Fund II, along with additional capital to be deployed alongside the commingled fund, the firm said.
