In the third episode of the show - airing Sunday but available now on Channel 4+ - the remaining celebrities are tasked with a one-on-one physical fight.
The Special Forces team leading the challenge explain how it's important to show they can hold their own.
Former Royal Marine Commando Jason Fox said: "Violence in its rawest form is hand-to-hand, you are eye-to-eye with your opponent and it is about overpowering them.
"We use controlled aggression, it is not blind anger. Anger is an emotion that we have not got any time for."
After watching some of the other celebrities punching each other until they were told to stop by the staff, it was Rebecca's turn.
She was paired with X Factor star Lucy Spraggan, 34, who quickly proceeded to dominate the fight.
With Lucy throwing punches left, right and centre, Rebecca - with the number 13 arm band - struggled to get a shot in and spent much of the time trying to protect herself.
However, the camera picked up a number of blows to the head and face and she kept being told: "Throw a punch 13!"
As soon as they called "stop", Rebecca was in tears as she screwed her face up before removing her head gear.
When the two women were brought back together, an emotional Rebecca wiped her nose with the sleeve of her top as the staff declared Lucy had passed the challenge.
Who Dares Wins in chaos as two more stars quit within A MINUTE of each other
After returning to the edge of the fight area as another two celebrities prepared to go head-to-head, Rebecca was seen trying to catch her breath and said: "F***ing hell."
She was then seen using both her sleeves to wipe the tears from her eyes.
The other celebrities taking part include Love Island 's Adam Collard, former footballers Troy Deeney and Adebayo Akinfenwa and Drag Race star, Bimini.
Four celebrities have already withdrawn from the show, starting with S Club singer Hannah Spearritt and followed by Louie Spence and Love Islanders Chloe Burrows and Tasha Ghouri.
