Panchkula gets new CP, DCP

Panchkula: Panchkula has a new commissioner of police and deputy commissioner of police (crime and traffic). As per the Haryana govt order, IPS officer Sibash Kabiraj was posted as the new commissioner of police, Panchkula, while Rakesh Kumar Arya was relieved of the charge.
