Northern Ont. man charged with possession of child pornography

Marie Police Service's Technological Crime Unit. Police say detectives began investigating the accused in January following a report that he was in possession of digital child sexual abuse material. A search warrant was executed at the accused's residence on Feb. 25, and electronic devices were seized for forensic analysis. 'The investigation located multiple images and videos meeting the definition of child pornography under the Criminal Code,' police said in a news release. 22-year-old in northern Ont. faces child porn charges

(File photo/CTV News) A 22-year-old from Earlton has been charged with possession of child pornography following an Ontario Provincial Police investigation. On May 26 at about 3:15 a.m., the Englehart OPP detachment received information in relation to a person being in possession of child pornography. The accused was formally charged and scheduled to appear in court in Haileybury at a later day. Rockingham County man charged with 4 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor
ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office has arrested and charged a man with sexual exploitation of a minor. According to a press release, the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office recently received a National Center of Missing and Exploited Children cybertip from the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation. The tip led to an investigation into Christopher Dalton Williams, 25, for the 'receiving, possessing and dissemination of child sexual abuse material.' Williams was taken into custody and charged with four counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He appeared before a magistrate where he was given a $50,000 secured bond and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility. Williams will appear in court on June 4. Alamance County man charged with 2 counts of sexual exploitation of minor
ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. (WGHP) — An Alamance County man is facing exploitation charges after an investigation by the Invictus Task Force, the organization reports. According to a press release, in November 2024, the ITF began an investigation stemming from a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and identified Jenaro Martinez as a suspect. On Friday, Jenaro Martinez, 42, of Mebane, was taken into custody and charged with two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
