A unique property near Guelph has been listed for sale.
The price for the 11.6-acre property, on Jones Baseline and southeast of Highway 7, has been set at $3.4 million.
What makes it different from others on the market is that it includes Mustang Drive-In.
The fully operational movie venue is one the last of its kind in southern Ontario.
The drive-in's listing on described it as 'a beloved community entertainment hub' with 'significant future potential.'
'The space can host concerts, festivals, markets and more, adding value,' it reads. 'The property provides a unique income stream and a distinct presence in the local market, with strong local goodwill and community support.'
