Fuel and fertilizer spill over the roadway in Perth County crash

Clean up is underway after fuel and fertilizer spilled across a Perth County roadway following a crash involving a tractor trailer.
Emergency responders were called to Road 164 around 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The collision involved a tractor trailer and an SUV. During the crash, the tractor trailer rolled onto its side and spilled fuel and fertilizer over the roadway.
Road 164 between Line 42 and Line 46 was closed. Police expected the closure to last for several hours.
Both drivers were assessed at the crash site and one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
