Heat warning ends, but it will feel like 34 today in Ottawa

Relief will arrive today from the hot and humid weather conditions that gripped Ottawa for six days, but temperatures will continue to remain above-seasonal today.
Environment Canada has lifted the heat warning for Ottawa, after five days with temperatures above 30 C in a six-day period.
The forecast calls for increasing cloudiness today with a 30 per cent chance of showers. High 28 C with the humidex making it feel like 34.

Thursday will see a mix of sun and cloud, along with hazy conditions. High 25 C.
Friday will be sunny. High 24 C.
The outlook for Saturday calls for sunshine. High 28 C.
Sunday will be mainly sunny. High 30 C.
The normal temperatures for this time of year are a high of 26 C and a low of 16 C.
Wildfire smoke
Environment Canada's forecast calls for hazy conditions tonight and on Thursday as wildfire smoke from western Canada drifts into Ottawa.
The air quality is forecast to be 5 – Moderate Risk today and tonight.
