Great Falls man arrested for alleged exposure at gym pool

A Great Falls man was charged with indecent exposure to a minor for allegedly walking around nude in the pool area of the Peak Health and Wellness gym. Great Falls police were called to the Peak at about 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. An employee told police that he was alerted by guests that a man was walking around the pool naked. The employee went into the locker room and talked to the 82-year-old man, who was still naked, and reportedly clenched his fist and threatened the employee, according to charging documents. Police also spoke with multiple parents who were in the pool area with their children at the time of the alleged incident. One witness told police that the man came into the pool area wearing only a small towel and that his genitals were visible. Another witness told police that the man sat down on a bench next to the pool and in doing so further exposed his genitals. The charges were filed July 14 in Cascade County District Court. If convicted of indecent exposure to a minor, a felony, the man potentially faces at least four years in prison.
