‘Shutting them up' – Darts star blasts social media ‘haters' after losing to Luke Littler in New Zealand Masters final
MIKE DE DECKER blasted social media 'haters' during the New Zealand Masters. The World No.19 reached the final of the Australian Darts Masters last week before losing out to Luke Littler in Auckland. 2 2 De Decker's place at the World Series events had come under scrutiny following a challenging few months on the oche since his World Grand Prix triumph. The Belgian thrower admitted the online abuse from trolls can be harsh on everyone in the sport but he isn't letting it derail his focus. He said: 'When I reached the final in Australia and I lost to Luke (Littler) I opened up social media and I didn't see one bad comment. 'I was thinking 'where are all the haters now?' 'Everyone is slagging you off when you have a bad performance and forgetting what you've done before. 'It's not only with me but it is with everyone. They have been slagging off Luke Humphries as well. 'Look at what he's done the last two years. 'So, it was a big confidence boost to reach the finals and shutting them up to be honest.' The 29-year-old was dumped out at the first hurdle in the World Cup and exited the Matchplay in round two which led to a bombardment of 'cruel' messages from online trolls. He added: 'Social media is a hard world to live in. 'After the World Cup as well when me and Dimitri (Van den Bergh) lost in the group stages, social media was a really tough place to be on. 'It's how you cope with it, but some reactions and messages are just too cruel to be left out.'

I pity Tammy Hembrow, broken and humiliated. I guess those rumours we weren't allowed to say about her husband were true after all: AMANDA GOFF
It's honestly painful to watch. Eight months ago, Tammy Hembrow, with her American-inflected Queensland accent, looking and sounding like a Bratz doll, lectured us all on the importance of not being haters (boo!) in the lead-up to her wedding to .

'Make Sure Your Manager...Doesn't See It:' Man Says His Boss Retaliated Against Him After Seeing His 'Nice Car'
One of the downsides of having nice things? Haters start watching you. That's the PSA TikToker John Jihe (@johnjihe) is sharing in a now-viral video, where he claims his manager secretly resented him for driving a nice car. In his video, Jihe says the experience taught him a hard truth: Some people just 'don't wanna see you win.' The message hit home. As of this writing, his video has racked up more than 1.2 million views. What Happened? Notably, Jihe doesn't say where he worked or spell out what exactly his manager did, but he made it clear that, after a while, the workplace turned hostile. He said the shift came in small, petty ways that added up over time. 'If you drive a nice car to work, make sure your manager … doesn't see it,' he warned in the video. 'Once they see it, it's over.' If they do, he added, they 'might cut your hours or try to fire you.' According to Jihe, that's exactly what happened. He claims that after his boss clocked his Dodge Challenger, she started chipping away at his hours and nitpicking him over minor issues. He said it all started when she spotted him behind the wheel and 'made a face.' From there, things went downhill fast. 'That same month, I was gone,' Jihe said. A Challenger Makes a Statement Texas Car Direct calls the Challenger 'a modern classic' that continues to win over both first-time buyers and die-hard muscle car fans. And according to Kelley Blue Book , a 2023 model can easily top $30,000, with high-end versions pushing $90,000. Of course, those are just ballpark figures. It's unclear how much Jihe paid—or whether his manager assumed the car was brand new, overly expensive, or simply too nice for someone in his position. Either way, the optics alone seemed to stir the pot. Challengers, for what it's worth, are generally seen as more budget-friendly than true luxury brands like BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes. Many don't consider them luxury cars at all. They fall squarely in the muscle car category—more about power and performance than plush interiors or prestige. Sure, some trims come with leather seats, upgraded infotainment systems, and other premium touches. But those features are designed to amplify the drive, not necessarily compete with a luxury sedan. Viewers Say They've Dealt With Hater Bosses, Too Commenters flooded Jihe's video with their own stories, saying they too had dealt with bosses—or other authority figures—who couldn't stomach someone else's success. 'I went to a job interview with a designer bag and she said 'you must have money,'' one woman shared. 'I haven't received a call back yet.' 'This actually happened to me, but it wasn't even my car, it was my mom's car cause mine was getting fixed,' another wrote. 'It was a 2024 Genesis GV70 Prestige. They all kept giving me weird looks.' 'I drive an Audi, and every job starts treating me unfairly after they see my car,' a third chimed in. 'Like it's just a [expletive] car.' 'I hid my BMW in the garage away from everyone for a month,' a fourth commenter added. 'As soon as my coworkers saw it… My work was nit-picked to death.' Others pointed out that it's not just bosses you have to watch out for. The haters, they said, could be anyone: neighbors, fake friends, even family. 'It's not just the managers,' one viewer said. 'Colleagues, too.' 'Jealously everywhere, be wise and discreet,' another warned. 'Neighbors are haters, too,' someone else echoed. Motor1 has reached out to Jihe via a TikTok comment. TikTok star Indy Clinton addresses her uneven nostrils after being trolled over her rhinoplasty
Indy Clinton has spoken out about her uneven nostrils after her recent nose job. The TikTok star, 27, addressed her rhinoplasty in a social media video while she got ready for her young daughter's preschool disco. 'Yes my nostril is uneven,' she said as she put her makeup on. Indy admitted she wasn't sure why her nostrils aren't the same size as they weren't operated on. 'I put it down to swelling these last few months but it probably shouldn't be uneven because it wasn't touched,' she explained. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Indy recently made a defiant return to social media after she was relentlessly bullied by followers over the results of her recent rhinoplasty. Last month, Indy shared a clip to TikTok in which she revealed she was happy to be back, while offering some choice words to her haters. 'I'm coming back online for good! I'm 27-years-old and I've had a few tweaks, like my nose for example. I was so open about why I was doing it,' she began. 'But I still got so much hate. Online love to see you struggling, they love it so much. As soon as you are doing half good they hate you because you are not relatable anymore.' The mother-of-three added the trolls seemed to like her more when she was struggling and didn't like seeing her succeed. 'People loved it so much when I had three [kids] under three. I had milk leaking from my t**s, I was so sleep-deprived, exhausted, burnt out and depressed. People ate that s**t up,' Indy said. She finished by saying her followers could either support her or leave because she had no time for haters. Prior to that, Indy hit back at trolls that likened her to Michael Jackson following a cosmetic procedure on her nose. She had been criticised for covering her face, like the late pop star, and not showing the aftermath of the surgery. 'I have a lot of swelling obviously on the outside, but also internally which is making my nostrils look uneven,' she explained. 'It's going down everyday,' she said of the swelling, adding that it was 'so much worse' and she's been sleeping with little splints in her nostrils to help the healing. Speaking of her time in the cast, she said it was the 'longest twelve days of her life' but she was happy with her 'supernatural' results.
