2 kids airlifted after Amish buggy rear-ended: OSHP
SUGARCREEK TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WJW) — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that seriously injured two children after a car rear-ended an Amish buggy in Stark County.
The crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, on U.S. Route 250 near milepost 3 in Sugarcreek Township, according to a news release from the patrol.

Troopers said the driver of a Ford Fusion was headed westbound on U.S. Route 250, when he hit the back of a horse-drawn buggy traveling in the same direction.
All four people in the buggy were injured. Two children in the buggy were flown to Akron Children's Hospital with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation. No charges have been filed at this time.
