US 75 southbound in Dallas shut down due to police activity
A major highway in Dallas was shut down Monday evening due to undisclosed police activity. The closure is in the southbound lanes near Lovers Lane. From a TxDot camera in the area, we can see all of the southbound lanes closed and traffic in the area at a complete stop. As of this writing the northbound lanes are not impacted. There's no word on when the highway may reopen. This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.

Serious collision closes part of Trans Canada Highway near Victoria, B.C.
A section of the Trans Canada Highway near Victoria, B.C., is closed following a serious crash Saturday afternoon. West Shore RCMP were called to the 2400 block of the highway in View Royal at around 5:20 p.m., Mounties said in a release. The northbound lanes of the highway at Six Mile Round are closed and there is no estimated time of when the highway will re-open, said police. Traffic headed northbound is being re-routed. According to DriveBC, a detour is available via Exit 11.

2-vehicle crash Sunday morning closes U.S. Highway 12 in both directions, WSDOT says
Update: The highway reopened to traffic about 2 p.m. Sunday, according to WSDOT. U.S. Highway 12 has closed in both directions near Salkum in Lewis County after a 2-vehicle crash about 11 a.m. Sunday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation. Emergency crews are at the scene, working to clear the road, according to WSDOT. 'There's no estimated time for reopening. Please use an alternate route until further notice,' WSDOT officials said in an alert.
