Model shrinks waist to 20 INCHES by wearing corset for 23 hours a day... despite doctor's warning

A model has revealed that she shrunk her waist to only 20 inches by wearing a corset up to 23 hours a day for over a decade - and it's even moved some of her organs. Aleira Avendaño, 33, from Venezuela, started her waist reduction journey in 2009, and has spent the last 16 years working extremely hard to achieve her tiny, hourglass frame. She dons a tight girdle every day to ensure her waist stays at a mere 20-inches, only taking it off for one hour a day to 'rest and wash herself' and even going as far as to sleep with it on. Aleira spoke about the endeavor exclusively with the Daily Mail, and she insisted that she didn't just do it for aesthetic reasons. 'It makes me happy. For me, a small waist is not just aesthetic, it's a symbol of discipline, focus, and passion,' she said. 'It empowers me to see my body reflect my effort and vision. 'It was a very conscious and personal decision, driven by my desire to transform my body into a living piece of art, a form of discipline and aesthetic expression.' She added that she has 'learned so much about her body, health, and mind' along the way. She also insisted that she has always 'respected her personal limits' and that while it may look painful, she has not felt much discomfort throughout the lengthy process. 'At first, it can feel strange or uncomfortable, like any body transformation,' shared the model. 'But over time, it becomes part of your routine. It's a gradual adaptation process. I've never ignored my body's signals pain has never been part of the journey.' Back in 2015, a doctor spoke to the Daily Mail about the possible dangers of Aleira's body transformation, and the medical professional issued a stark warning to the influencer. Dr. Andrés Ruiz said at the time: 'In my medical opinion she should stop this immediately. Thank God she has not done any damage so far but she should stop before it's too late.' But Aleira told the Daily Mail during a recent chat that while the endeavor has 'slightly shifted the position of her organs,' she has 'never put her health at risk' and has had the approval of her doctor every step of the way. 'Wearing a corset long-term can slightly shift the position of your organs, much like other body modifications even natural ones like pregnancy,' Aleira continued. 'In my case, I've always done it under medical supervision. I've never put my health at risk, and all my check-ups have been positive.' She said that she has spent over $1 million to alter her waist, with a further $38,000 on surgical procedures, including seven boob jobs, five nose jobs, bum implants, and new teeth. While the endeavor has 'slightly shifted the position of her organs,' she insisted she has 'never put her health at risk' and has had the approval of her doctor every step of the way Aleira's goal is to have the world's smallest waist, a title currently held by Cathie Jung at 15 inches. '[But more importantly], my goal is to remain true to my ideal image feeling strong, healthy, and in balance. I don't chase the extreme, I pursue harmony,' she insisted. Aleira often shows off her unordinary body on social media, but unfortunately, she has faced a slew of backlash over it. In response to her haters, she told the Daily Mail, 'Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I also have the right to live my truth. This is me unfiltered, unapologetic.' 'This has never been about pleasing others. I did it for myself, and I continue doing it for me,' she added. She admitted that people often stare in public, but that she's unfazed because she's 'used to it by now.' 'I see it as an opportunity to break stereotypes and show that anyone can be authentic,' gushed the social media star. In the end, Aleira, who recently released her own line of corsets so others can follow in her footsteps, said she's proud of her 'consistency, self-care, and control.'

‘Makes me want to never go to the gym' woman slammed over her workout outfit they say belongs at the ‘strip club'

WHEN it comes to the gym, you should wear whatever makes you feel your best and most confident - and of course, fits the gym etiquette. But now people have vowed to ''never go to the gym' ' after one woman left them open-mouthed with her workout attire. 3 3 3 Fitness lover Veronica Obando came under fire after sharing a clip of herself proudly showing off her curvy figure on TikTok. In the now-viral clip, which has more than 22million views, the short-haired stunner could be seen in teeny shorts sitting well below her waist. The content creator, thought to be from Brazil, had completed the ensemble with a gym bra that said ''My body, not yours'', as well as a bright lippy. As she walked past the row of the treadmills, Veronica also flaunted her toned figure by twerking, before she turned away and gave horrified TikTokers a view of her backside. The young woman has clearly amassed a huge fanbase thanks to her content, with close to 2million followers. According to her page, she recently attended the gym wearing figure-hugging jeans, which surprisingly didn't get in the way of weightlifting. The content creator, who posts under the username @ veronicaobando9, also regularly shares racy bikini content on the beach. Although she hasn't spilled the beans on how she's achieved her hourglass figure, Veronica has also been seen sporting a teeny corset. But while the Brazilian beauty may look incredible, her tiny gym attire hasn't proven to be a major hit amongst millions of viewers. Many admitted that they have been put off to continue their fitness journeys. Back pain exercises One horrified social media user said: ''Makes me want to never go to the gym.'' Another, meanwhile, thought the skimpy shorts and bra were better suited for a different occasion. ''That's not the way to dress at the gym you're there to work out it's not a strip club. ''It goes for men and their lycra shorts also. If you want to dress like that, that is what the public beach is for.'' How to blast belly fat WITHOUT going to the gym or dieting Chew your food This mindfulness trick is used to focus your brain on the food you are eating - how it tastes and feels - rather than scoffing it in a hurry. If the brain does not register that you have eaten, you'll soon crave more food. Avocado a day Eating avocado every day can fight visceral fat in women, which collects around the organs in the stomach and can lead to diabetes, heart attack, and some cancers, according to a University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign study of 105 people. Avoid fizzy drinks Losing belly 'fat' may just be a case of preventing bloating, which can be onset by fizzy soft drinks. Instead, keep hydrated with water. Reduce alcohol Alcohol does no favours at all for our health or figures. It is 'empty calories', meaning it contributes to your calorie intake without giving any nutritional benefit. Hangovers can also lead you to eat more fatty foods, while putting you off exercising. Sleep more Various studies have shown that if you're not sleeping well, it can cause weight gain. People are more likely to crave junk food when they are sleep deprived because, not only are they in need of an energy boost, but their appetite hormones are all over the place. Reduce stress Stress causes an imbalance of hormones, particularly cortisol. This hormone has been linked with obesity and excess belly fat. Find ways to reduce your stress to avoid the so-called 'stress belly'. A European viewer commented: ''That this is actually normalized in a gym is tragic. ''I'm so grateful that Norway is trying to ban this kind of behavior from gyms.'' However, there were also some of those who didn't have an issue with her barely-there clothing, as they hit back at the critics. ''absolutely breathtaking,'' a keen Romeo commented. ''Holy Moly,'' another was mesmarised.
