Curious, she struck up a conversation and discovered that he works full-time in the IIM-B hostel mess, where students had gifted him the jacket as a token of appreciation for his service. During her trip, Apoorva shared a conversation with the driver, and what she discovered moved her. The driver shared that he works full-time in the IIM-B hostel mess and that the jacket was a heartfelt gift from students who appreciated his dedication and service.
