RARITAN TOWNSHIP - Larken Associates, based in Branchburg, has completed the Flemington Junction Business Center II, a 50,000-square-foot warehouse off Route 31. The property is adjacent to the Flemington Junction Business Center, a four-building, 150,000-square-foot warehouse complex that reached full occupancy in 2024. The new warehouse, at 20 Minneakoning Road, is part of the company's 4-million-square-foot commercial portfolio in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
