At her heaviest, the This Morning star revealed she weighed 20 stone. Rosemary is set to cycle 450 miles from Land's End in Cornwall to the White Cliffs of Dover in Kent. She began training last September, and revealed how cycling has helped the pounds melt away. Revealing in total she had lost three stone in eight months, she told Good Morning Britain hosts Ranvir Singh and Robert Rinder: "Well, it's all, it's exercise. I mean, you know, it's exercise. "You know, I think anything that can help you, if you can so jacks or anything. "I think that's a good thing, because you know, anything that can get you moving. "For me (my weight loss) is pure exercise, exercise, exercise." 'SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE' The TV star will kick off her enormous bike ride on Sunday and aims to finish on June 18. Rosemary's Two Wheels for Meals Cycle Challenge is raising money for food poverty. Rosemary Shrager talks about The Big Family Cooking Showdown on Lorraine Earlier this week, she admitted that the bike ride had made her feel like she has been given "a second chance at life". Rosemary candidly said she was "embarrassed to admit" she weighed "well over 20 stone" a "few years ago". She revealed she feared walking down a street because she "might not get back" because of how big she was before her weight loss. The ambassador for the Hendy Foundation - the independent charity she is doing the bike ride for - wrote in her Woman's Weekly magazine column: "A couple of years ago, I was at a party with their chairperson Rebecca Hendy, and said, 'I really want to raise money by doing a bicycle ride along the south coast.' 5 Rosemary said at her heaviest she was 20 stone Credit: Peter Tarry - The Sunday Times "Rebecca was initially sceptical. Back then, although more mobile after a hip replacement operation, I was barely doing any exercise and weighed well over 20 stone, which I'm embarrassed to admit now. "My health had got so bad, I remember thinking, 'I'd better not walk down the street because I might not get back.' "I knew I had to do something, to pick myself up and get myself going. I was tired of being on an endless cycle of weight loss and weight gain. Any weight loss I ever achieved was never sustainable. Life was a constant fluctuation of up and down, which psychologically was very depressing. "Although I'm still big, I can happily say that I've lost more than three stone since embarking on the biggest challenge of my life - training for a 450-mile bike ride from Land's End to the White Cliffs of Dover. "It's been a hard slog - I've even become virtually teetotal - but I'm so proud of myself and feel I've been given a second chance at life." Rosemary added: "I'm 75 next January, and I've given myself the best-ever birthday present - my health!"

Credit: itv The 1% Club doesn't test players on their general knowledge, instead contestants have to solve riddles. 100 players have to use common sense as they are tasked with solving questions based on logic and reasoning skills. They are only given a 30 second time limit as they are whittled down as the questions get harder and harder. In the end, they have the chance to enter the prestigious club by answering a question that only one percent of the public would get right. Advertisement READ MORE ON THE 1% CLUB The 56-year-old presenter moved onto the 70% question as he asked the remaining players to solve a question. "John writes with his right hand and the last word he'd right if he was writing this sentence would be be. "If Keith writes with his left hand, what would be the last word he would write in the sentence above?" Of course the answer was the word 'be', as a different writing hand would not change the last word, something which many viewers playing along got correct. Advertisement Most read in News TV However, a whopping 23 players in the studio answered the riddle incorrectly and they were eliminated from the game. Viewers took to social media in droves as they couldn't believe so many players left the game after such an 'easy' question. The 1% Club knocks out 17 players on difficult numbers question Writing on X - formerly known as Twitter - one user posted a GIF of The image of the iconic film character sarcastically mouthed the question, "What, like it's hard?" Advertisement "How did 23 get this wrong?," asked a second user with a monkey covering his eyes emoji. While a third exclaimed: "TWENTY THREE out on THAT?!?!" The 1% Club's Most Difficult Questions The 1% Club sees 100 contestants try and make it to the 1% question and be in with a chance to win a share of the jackpot. Here are just some of the show's most difficult teasers. Players had to compare and contrast three images of butterflies then explain which of the butterflies were exactly the same on both sides. Players were shown groups of six symbols then asked which were in the same order whether you read them from left to right or right to left. Players were asked how many different combinations were there of displaying four digits on one hand. Peter had recently found his old diary that he'd written in secret code but he couldn't remember how to decipher what he wrote. Players were asked to crack the code and find out what the bold word was. WH89 I GR1W UP I WA92 21 B8 A 5L1RI72. Players were tasked with working out how many eyes they could see in an image, which was made up of letters, symbols and emojis. A 1% question was based on a grid of numbers going in ascending order from 1 to 49. Starting on 25, the middle square, SEEN took you to square 27. From there, NEW took you to 20. From there, which square would SEWN take you to? And finally, an easy one - What common food in bold has had its letters rearranged into alphabetical order? ABDER As someone else stated: "How t* have 23 gone out?? Being left handed doesnt mean you write words in the wrong order." And a fifth fan added: "Too many people thinking too hard on that one #The1PercentClub." Advertisement Because of the huge elimination, the jackpot prize rose significantly to huge levels. The £5,000 pot rose to a whopping £28,000 as nearly a quarter of the total amount of players were eliminated. 5 The different hands would not have effected the structure of the sentance Credit: ITV 5 As nearly a quarter of the players were eliminated, thousands of pounds were added to the prize pot Advertisement The 1% Club continues on ITV1 and is available to watch back on ITVX.

'I was like, the day I leave will be the day that I leave.' 'It feels like it's done. It feels like it's finished, like I've got everything that I've got from Coronation Street and that's it now. 'So it felt very much like a thank you, goodbye, goodnight type thing, because I know there's no return for Craig and Colson in the future. 'I have spoke to people who have left and not been killed and I just feel like, for me, it was 100% the right way to kind of know that I'm not coming back.'
