Al Kuzama sets Nomu IPO price range at SAR 99-107/shr
The price range of Al Kuzama Trading Co. 's initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market has been set between SAR 99 and SAR 107 per share, according to Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager of the IPO.
The book-building period for qualified investors will run from May 18-22, the company said in a statement on Tadawul today, May 13.

According to data available with Argaam, the company intends to list 422,400 shares on Nomu. The offered shares represent 10.71% of its post-IPO capital (12% of its pre-IPO capital) at SAR 10 per share.
Al Kuzama was founded in 2013 in Riyadh as a sole proprietorship. It transitioned to a limited liability company before becoming a joint-stock company in 2021. It currently operates restaurants and organizes upscale events.
